[redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.  Peter H[redacted] never came to the house last week; it is the same story as it has been for the last year. I called him on Wednesday to see if he would come Thursday or Friday and he said Friday and he still didn't come. I sealed it myself as he is not going to come. He was supposed to put down a layer over the top, the top coat, to smooth out the rough spots. But he didn't use a paver for the initial coat which is why it was rough and he was supposed to come back to put a smooth layer over the top.  It was supposed to be 160 feet - about 12 tons. If he wants to make it right, he can pay me the difference to me which would have been his cost for the 12 ton which he didn't use. Therefore, I am now seeking a refund for the coat he never came back to do.  Regards,  [redacted]
