I paid up front for a weight loss service I did not receive and was not informed I would also need to buy supplements until after I paid.
I first spoke to *** of PH2 Nutrition after watching a video of someone who has Hashimoto's Thyroiditis as I do. He said he had a 100% success rate of weight loss with people who had the same illness and dropped the names of several celebrities.
He offered me a 'deal? because I was paying up front. He said it would not be a problem that I was long-distance as I live in another state. This meant I would not be participating in physical check-in's described on the intake forms.
The first session was not 90 minutes long as my contract stated. The following sessions were about 15-20 minutes long. My contract said any follow up sessions are 45 minutes long. When I mentioned this to ***, he told me he was too busy and had other appointments scheduled after mine
He never remembered my health history nor current condition, nor what we talked about at our previous sessions. He used our time together to ask the same questions.
Because *** also did not remember my health history, he told me to take and eat foods that I am allergic to and also forgot some of my supplements contained the same ingredients which caused my dosage to be too high for quite a length of time both which caused adverse reactions and were potentially dangerous.
He told me to stop taking my prescription medication and didn't answer when I asked repeatedly what dose of supplements I should be taking.
I consistently told him of my symptoms and issues but he didn't offer solutions because he obviously had none yet wouldn't admit it.
Throughout my contact with ***, I REPEATEDLY, stressed to him my concern that I was gaining instead of losing weight. He assured me, repeatedly, I would start losing weight in November which I did not. He continuously said 'I will make it up to you? which he did not.
I lost complete faith and trust in *** when he told me he would be going to Costa Rica but we could still text. While he was gone, I texted to tell him how much pain I was having with my stomach and what I should do and he told me he didn't want to be bothered.
During our last conversation he said he was hiring someone who had more experience with people who had illnesses like mine than he did. He said he would text me about this later I waited a month and heard nothing from him so I emailed asking for a refund.
We spoke on the phone at his request and again, I asked for a refund. He said because he had given me such a good deal, he wasn't going to give me a refund and he busy seeing eight people a day, back to back.
*** took advantage of my advance payment and did not provide the service that he promised me. Instead of losing weight as he promised I would, I gained 9 lbs. and suffered with adverse reactions from his suggested supplements and dosages.

In ***'s response letter he describes PH2 Nutrition as having an outstanding client satisfaction record which unfortunately for him is untrue. There are online negative reviews which ironically and disappointingly, sound similar to my experience with him through words like "shockingly immature", "gas lighting" and "unprofessional".
Here is the video I watched that sparked my interest in PH2 Nutrition:*** Because the girl named *** in the video supposedly has the same health condition that I do and according to *** she was able to lose weight even without exercise.
$*** is a lot of money to me and I had to borrow it. For those reasons and my strong desire to lose weight, I fully complied with PH2 plan unless it was something I was allergic to, which I informed *** of each time.
I sent the same texts and emails more than once because *** often did not answer and I wanted to make sure I was doing everything correctly because I was gaining instead of losing weight.
*** said in his letter: "if PH2 determined that the consulting service was unsatisfactory or lacking it would gladly refund the client". PH2 does not make this determination, I do because I am the customer. As his customer, I am greatly dissatisfied.
I did not receive the information nor support I needed because *** is not a registered dietician nor a medical doctor. My plan was not custom-tailored to me because my health condition was not taken into consideration. *** admitted this on our last call saying he was bringing someone on board who better understood health conditions like mine and I would hear back from him later.
The bottom line is I did not get what I paid for. He took no responsibility for anything but he did take my money.
