My pedicure all came off the next day. When I went back and spoke to the owners they refused to refund my money because I had left a bad review.
Phantastic nails advertised a full spa pedicure. My treatment lasted 12 minutes. The next day all of the polish was falling off. I went in and spoke to the owners. They refused to give a refund because I had left a bad review on google.
Extremely poor service and product quality.
My appointment was on June 26.
They should not be allowed to discriminate because they received a bad review
At the front desk and at each nail station, there are signs that specifically state all salon services, gift certificates and beauty products are non-refundable. We provide repair services within 48 hours of a service. With regards to the repair services, if a client lives out of the city, we can make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis.
Phantastic Nails Moose Jaw spa pedicure treatment involves nails being cut, filed and buffed. Also includes cuticle care, callus removal, exfoliation scrub, mini foot massage and nail polish application. For the nail polish to be applied and fully dried alone would take more than 12 minutes.
Phantastic Nails Moose Jaw do no take appointments. We have other locations in Yorkton, Swift Current and Estevan that may take appointments, but our Moose Jaw location only accept walk-ins.
