In reference with assigned ID number [redacted] Dear ***, I received a letter from Revdex.com on December 31, Your letter dated is Monday, December 28, 2015.Your letter is stating that I have received prior complaint about complaint ID listed aboveThe firstletter I received concerning this issue was the letter that was dated December 28, In addition, Ireceived in the same day, December 31, 2015, a letter dated December 25, That letter states thatI have five business days to respond about assigned ID referenced aboveIn, addition, the letter that isdated December 28, states that I can have the opportunity to amend the reviewSo, here is mydetailed response Ms [redacted] and her boyfriend [redacted] came to the dealership (Phantom Motors LLC) onNovember 21, to take a look and test drive a Saturn VueMy asking price for the car was$3,Ms [redacted] decided to purchase the car and proceeded to fill out a credit applicationDue tothe day being a Saturday, I was unable to get her approved on the spot and would be able to get bijck toher with a response Monday when I submitted her paperworkI explained to her that if she was seriousabout the purchase of the vehicle, to sign a non-refundable contract with a $SOD non-refundabledepositMs [redacted] asked if this $is refundable I told her the $would not be refundable unlessI was unable to get her approved, and that the $would be put towards the purchase price of the carwhen we receive an approval from the financial institutionMonday, November 23, came and Isubmitted her paperwork as promisedDue to credit difficulty, I was forced to send her application tomultiple financial institutions and in turn she was rejected by manyproceeded to call her with anupdate concerning her application on Tuesday, November 24, where I left her a voice mailThevoice mall stated that I was unable to get her approved from the multiple financial institutions andwanted to refund her the $On Wednesday, November 25, I Was happily surprised to receivean approval from a company named [redacted] FinancialI was so excited for Ms [redacted] that I decidedto call her right awayOnce again, she did not answerI left her another voice mail stating that thefinancial institution would be calling her for an over the phone interview concerning her application.The lady from the financial institution called her many times and was not able to reach Ms [redacted] I didnot hear from Ms [redacted] until Wednesday, December 2, where she called my phone at 6:30a.m.and left a voice mailShe stated that she was changing her mind about the purchase of the Saturn Vueand now she is interested with another vehicle with another dealership which was a Nissan XterraIcalled Ms [redacted] that same day Wednesday, December 2, at 8:00a.mand left her a voice mail tocall meI was on vacation from Thursday, December 3, until Friday, December 4, I returnedto work on Saturday, December 5, when Ms [redacted] showed up to the dealershipI explained toher that I met all my obligations In reference to getting her approved for the vehicle she wanted.Therefore, adhering to the signed non-refundable deposit contract, she is not entitled to the nonrefundable$ Sincerely, Bashar

Ms. [redacted] and her boyfriend [redacted] came to the dealership (Phantom Motors LLC) onNovember 21, 2015 to take a look and test drive a 2003 Saturn Vue. My asking price for the car was$3,995. Ms. [redacted] decided to purchase the car and proceeded to fill out a credit application. Due tothe day being a Saturday, I was unable to get her approved on the spot and would be able to get bijck toher with a response Monday when I submitted her paperwork. I explained to her that if she was seriousabout the purchase of the vehicle, to sign a non-refundable contract with a $SOD non-refundabledeposit. Ms. [redacted] asked if this $500 is refundable I told her the $500 would not be refundable unlessI was unable to get her approved, and that the $500 would be put towards the purchase price of the carwhen we receive an approval from the financial institution. Monday, November 23, 2015 came and Isubmitted her paperwork as promised. Due to credit difficulty, I was forced to send her application tomultiple financial institutions and in turn she was rejected by many. 1 proceeded to call her with anupdate concerning her application on Tuesday, November 24, 2015 where I left her a voice mail. Thevoice mall stated that I was unable to get her approved from the multiple financial institutions andwanted to refund her the $500. On Wednesday, November 25, 2015 I Was happily surprised to receivean approval from a company named [redacted] Financial. I was so excited for Ms. [redacted] that I decidedto call her right away. Once again, she did not answer. I left her another voice mail stating that thefinancial institution would be calling her for an over the phone interview concerning her application.The lady from the financial institution called her many times and was not able to reach Ms. [redacted]. I didnot hear from Ms. [redacted] until Wednesday, December 2, 2015 where she called my phone at 6:30a.m.and left a voice mail.
