Review: Primeritus (Toyota Financial Services) dispatched Phantom towing to repossess my vehicle on November [redacted], 2014. This was a voluntary surrender. The driver of this vehicle told me I would receive a registered letter showing my license plates were returned to the DMV. I have been hit with suspension order from DMV telling me that they never received the license plates.Desired Settlement: I need the towing company to turn in my license plates to DMV and pay any penalties or charges that I am faced with. They need to resolve this issue ASAP
