Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The complaint is about your ecommerce site and your customer serviceYour site is egregiously poorly tested before becoming public and your lack of concern for your site's problems was disturbing to any consumer1) Problems with your ecommerce platform caused a loop which captured my credit card information twice allowing your company to place two large holds on my bank account....without ever creating an actual order.2) When I contacted your customer service, you misinformed me as to when the hold on my funds expired (you told me "a couple of days") and you did not offer any available assistance; my bank could have released the holds if you have provided me with codes to tell them.Your site and your customer service could cause real damage to persons in financial distressYou need to fix your ecommerce platform so it doesn't cause any more damage with invalid bank holds and, until you get this resolved, you actually make an effort to help consumers who have been damaged by your bank holds Sincerely, [redacted]

We take all feedback about our site seriously and we are sorry there was a delay in removing the holds as requestedPlease know that we have set up a multi-step baprocess to ensure that all credit card authorizations are removed at customer request and that there are no long-term effects on customer bank accountsPlease know that once we release the authorization it is up to the individual banks on when the funds are released and this varies from bank to bank. [redacted], VP of Pharmacy for Pharmaca Integrative Pharmacy spoke with Ms Santos at 3:15pm pacific time today, November 3, 2016.  He apologized for the circumstances surrounding this incident and offered to refund the $65.00 overcharge.  Ms Santos accepted and requested she be sent...

a check instead of a credit to her credit card account.  Should Ms Santos choose to return to Pharmaca, we will provide free delivery on any compound medication.  We will also be reviewing processes between stores to avoid such issues in the future.
