I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** The response provided is completely untrue She may not be a consignment shop but she accepted consignment I have repeatedly returned to the store demanding my money and she has paid me $for the dresser ( valued at 350) and the $that she provided an IOU for She never dealt with me personally, only sent her employees to speak with me Please note that she does not offer cash for items Her go to sales pitch is to give you exchange for other used merchandise If you want cash, she never has it She provides and IOU and good luck getting that money back Buyer beware if you use this store!!!
I an accepting the result of my constant nagging to receive $because there is no way I'll recover any more Other customers need to be aware when dealing with this store I hoped that in contacting you, you could make others aware

My Business is a CHILDREN'S RESALE SHOP...I DO NOT DO CONSIGNMENT, NEVER HAVE IN MY 25 YEARS IN BUSINESS.
this customer is claimimg that I took consignment from her? I do not do that. I pay cash for items brought in, or give Instore Credit Voucher. This complaint also says she wants...
refund?....I also have never given refunds...sales receipt has NO CASH REFUNDS, always has. She has never tried to contact me, or my employees either????, this is also stated in her complaint. She also claims I purchased this item for 360.00!!!! I have never paid that for any item, I am resale shop, not a boutique!!! Not sure why she has targeted my business with these false accusations???
