Dear Revdex.com,If this member wants a refund, he only has to ask for itin my years owning Cherry Blossoms, I have never had a member who complained more about everything in the worldRelationships is an "Inside Out" job, not fix the outer to find the inner.The issue he is referring to is not an issue for there 50,members on the site and he wants us to change how we are doing it, so he feels better about itThe question is, "what about the other 49,members who are just fine about how it works now"?Just tell us what you'd like us to do...Aloha, CB Mike.President of Cherry Blossoms, Inc

Complaint: [redacted] I am humbly rejecting this response because: I appreciate that the business graciously acknowledges that I have been a supporting member for several yearsWe have had several cordial email exchanges that have hopefully improved members' experiences within the sitei want to maintain these cordial exchanges, and I respect the offer of a refund of my March and April chargesi again ask for a refund of the six months from March to August because those are the months, to date, that I had difficulty navigating the siteOn some days, it was not accessible at allTrue, the only emails I submitted to them concerning this problem were during the months of March and April of I did not receive a reply after the April email, so I was unsure of their response or stanceI did attempt to resolve the problems by following their suggestions, and I tried to give it - and them - time to resolve the seemingly continuous problems; thus my decision not to send another email after AprilTo this day, I still do not know why the site is not operating as it once was, but I will compliment them on their improved chat featureI am not an unreasonable man, nor unfairI understand that occasional problems can occurHowever, I am a firm believer that paid-for services should be reliable during a large majority of the timeTheir services were great before April 2016, but not so afterI would like to again say thanks for the 2-month refund offer, but I ask that they reconsider my 6-month refund requestIf they do not accept, and again offer only the 2-month refund to me, then I shall accept, for then I shall believe they truly feel it is the best courseI will leave this in their hands Sincerely, [redacted]

Attached is the ? email correspondence with Mr ? [redacted] ? In that correspondence ? he asked for and we agreed to refund the charged for membership ? on 10-15-? We feel the charge of on 7-? Mr*** has been a great customer and supporter of Cherry Blossoms. In reviewing Mr *** emails we would give back the payments for March and April 2016 as we did receive email on March 12th and April 6th of complaining of
slowness. (See attached) Since we did not receive any other emails on the subject and had no complaints from other members the problem was thought to be resolved.
