Pharmasave

I have been a long-term customer of pharmasave. I recently moved to the Bathurst area, and I was very surprised on how abrupt and unpleasant the customer service was certainly not what I usually expect from Pharmasave. I will still continue shopping at the store. My hope is there’s a discussion with the staff in relation to customer service.

On September we purchased some over the counter medication from Pharmasave Keremeos BCWe paid by debit card and were charged twice for the transaction, we took the receipt to the store where we talked to Nikki, we were told that the reversal will take daysIt has now been Days and still no refundI asked to have a refund issued against my debit card while I was there in person, I was told noThey have taken $from us and as of today still have not given it back
Please note this is not a refund for a product but a double debit transaction that has not been reversed despite several requests, including Pharmasave head office in Langley
