I am rejecting this response because:
Mr*** *** was the owner of Hamachi when the Gift Certificates were purchased from him .....He has since left the company and I have no way of contacting him...I'm not sure if he is still in Halifax
I paid for the Gift Certificates with Cash at a time when Mr*** and his business were in financial difficulty and it was a way of helping him out with the intent of using the certificates as time went
onI have been to
Hamachi on the waterfront on one occasion and the certificates were accepted. It was on this second visit that they were not accepted. I appreciate your assistance in this matter and proceeding legally
through small claims court is still an option I am considering although I am hoping this issue can be resolved without drawing attention to the issue and the negative affects it may cause

I have been trying to reach Mr. [redacted] to let him know that we have written the account off but I have been unsuccessful in reaching him....
