attached is another photo showing the grout left on the floor (it is on both sides of the toilet)Rob instructed me to purchase the toilet and then he would install it, never once did he say he would purchase and install the toiletI did what I was instructedHe charged me top dollar and I got a mess to clean up and a broken toiletHe was unprofessional in the manner that he chose to communicate with me, via textAnd his texts were bullish and rudeI went above and beyond, he did as little as possible and was paid top dollarI am very unhappy with the results

the photo of the broken piece on the back of my NEW toilet
The info on the NEW *** toilet that I purchased(seems the manufacturer suggests using silicone, but superior solutions knows better)

Here is labor around town And I did not purchase the products I simply install the products this is the one reason why I do not like it when customers purchase through materials. I've already purchased materials to resolve this issue and she still not happyI have went above and beyond
