Good Day [redacted] ,I hope all is going well with the clean out at your prospected property at [redacted] in AllentownI just wanted to email you about your Revdex.com review regarding our sales practices and your displeasure with themIt is my understanding that you felt that Phase was trying to "scam" you and I want to make sure you completely understand everything regarding the events that transpired Monday and the current situation we are now in because of the breakdown of communicationWhen I came out Monday I got there a little early so I could made sure I had enough daylightI called you to inform you that I was going to stop by early and wanted to see if you would be available to meet meI arrived at approximately pm and noticed a black truck parked outsideI walked up to the door and knocked and rang the door bell and no one answeredI left the business flyer at the door to make sure you knew I stopped by, because up until this point I did not hear from you.My plans were to survey your structure via the ground, make sure our proposed price of dollars was accurate and meet with youI at no time said I would be doing your roof inspection, nor did I say I completed the inspectionI believe that if I actually got to meet with you or talk to you for more than minutes on the phone you would not think we were trying to "scam" youWhen I spoke with you on the phone I told you I surveyed your property and mentioned that we would need a check before we could prepare you a document I was hesitant to give you any information whatsoever because I did not have much other than what I surveyed from the ground.Roof inspection prices vary and I needed to make sure I was not over billing you; however, in hindsight I am willing to admit it was my mistake to tell you that you should send a check to our officeI should have never asked you to do thisI can understand why you felt like we were trying to "scam" you; however allow me to assure you that this could not be further from the truthAllow me to be honest again, I have not been working at this company for a very long timeWhile I have extensive experience in other facets of general contracting roofing is not my strong suit and I planned on having your roof walked by our roofing foreman Joe, to be positive I did not give you any misinformationI understand that you do not know me so I do not expect you to trust me but I think that if you did get to know me you would feel differentlyI am a former veteran and EMT and would never do anything dishonestI am truly a believer in karma and what goes around comes aroundI always try to do the right thing and sometimes situations like this present themselves.I am sorry that you did not get a good feeling from your business dealings with Phase and I would hope that you would give me the opportunity to have a phone conversation with you or at least the owner of our companyI have informed him of everything and he would also like to speak with you regarding your Revdex.com commentIf you take the time to look at some of our reviews on Home Advisor, Proch, and Angie's list I am confident you will see that we are a reputable company with a track record for delivering a fantastic product at a great price.I am an honest, hardworking, dedicated, caring individual and will not have my reputation tarnished because of a misunderstanding and I would hope that you would at least give me the respect of returning my phone call to clear up this misunderstandingSincerely,Patrick MT*** Phase Contracting [redacted] Cell: ###-###-####Fax: ###-###-####
