Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: The owner of this business put me in a runaround concerning the part that I had purchased I am unsatisfied because the business owner had told me my part had arrived to his shop the same day it was ordered when in fact it had taken me two days to receive the itemI told him that I needed this item asap that same dayIf heLike not fulfill my request then the right thing to do would to give me my money back so that I can take my business elsewhere This owner acted completely unprofessional and told me to take my complaint elsewhere and that is exactly what I didSo maybe this issue can now be resolvedThis owner should be straight up and state the truth to his customersIf you cannot deliver your business then let the customer know so that business will be conducted where it is possible In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

To whom it may concern, In this response we will respond to all of [redacted] issues [redacted] ordered and paid for a part of which he was told he would be called when the part arrived [redacted] called repeatedly every hour so we spoke to him and therefore didn't need to call him January [redacted] the repeated calls continued and we informed [redacted] everytime he called that the order came in and it was quite a large order and we will call him immediately once it is found in the orderOn January [redacted] approximately lunch time [redacted] was at out store approximate five minutes after he just called us to see if the part was unpackedWe informed [redacted] in person that his part has is still not unpacked do to the size of the orderWe will call him [redacted] left the store There was no conversation of him taking his business elsewhere or asking for his money backWe can't control where [redacted] takes his business but if he had asked for his money back we would of informed him of our store policy [redacted] states we offered him store credit which is against our store policy and written on all our documentation [redacted] states I rolled my zipper down and fixed my scarf as to intimidate him, it's hard to respond without humiliating the customer so I will leave it at that [redacted] was aware at the time of purchase that we weren't in possession of the part [redacted] found a part usually an aftermarket on line for less money, as the customer it's their option to buy from a brick and mortar or to buy on line [redacted] was told the truth over approximately fifty phone calls he put in to usLate evening January *, [redacted] was called to come pick up his part, it was just unpacked [redacted] said it's too late can I come tomorrow, we explained to [redacted] we are closed on Sunday and Monday which was the next business day he can pick up his part [redacted] said ok Monday On Tuesday January **, [redacted] came and picked up his partWe gave him his part and he shook my hand and said thank youIn conclusion we sold [redacted] a part according to our store policy which he printed and signed right above on the receipt he was givenWe as a practice try to accommodate all our customers so we can retain their businessThank you, John A [redacted] Phase electric motor company

The owner of this business put me in a runaround concerning the part that I had purchased.  I am unsatisfied because the business owner had told me my part had arrived to his shop the same day it was ordered when in fact it had taken me two days to receive the item. I told him that I needed this item asap that same day. If he. Like not fulfill my request then the right thing to do would to give me my money back so that I can take my business elsewhere.  This owner acted completely unprofessional and told me to take my complaint elsewhere and that is exactly what I did. So maybe this issue can now be resolved. This owner should be straight up and state the truth to his customers. If you cannot deliver your business then let the customer know so that business will be conducted where it is possible.
