Phasey

I ordered chocolates and seeds from Phasey on December 13, 2019. The chocolates were on backorder, but I was told if I paid then, the chocolates would ship on Jan 15, 2020.

I waited until Jan 19 to contact the company. I contacted them via their website, and received no response. I emailed again, a week later, no response. I then went to *** at the end of January and sent a message. I was told to just hang on! The chocolates would ship in the next few weeks. I received no shipping info. I emailed again, via ***, and said I'd prefer a refund at this point. I was told I'd get a 'full refund' and that they'd still send the chocolates. I got neither. It is now Feb 19h and I've sent two follow up messages via ***, and neither have been returned. This company is fraudulent.
