Review: On December **, 2015, I purchased a shopping cart from Phat A[redacted], because my dryer broke and the woman who cleans my house needed to dry my things.

For the two weeks this shopping cart was used two times to bring clothes to the laundry mat.

Now on the third week, the wheel broke.

This means that I used this shopping cart only two times and by the third time it was broken.

The laws states very clearly that regardless of the return policy of a store, if a product is purchase

that does not conform to its intended use within a certain period of time then a refund must be given.

Shopping carts are made to be used on a various basis and are suppose to be able to stand up

to normal wear and tear. Clearly two times being used is not normal wear and tear

and it is clear that this product is defective and I'm entitled to a replacement or a refund.

However, when I went into the store, on January **, 2015 to get my replacement or refund the store manager

Ramesh stated that they have a 7 day policy, to which I'm over and they are not going

to return my money or replace the defective merchandise.Desired Settlement: I will either want a full refund of my money which is 35.92 or a replacement of the shopping cart.
