Review: Phat Buddha sold me a pair of defective capri pants and has refused to issue a refund. I bought three items from them on 9/** and had to subsequently exchange the capris because the material is like stockings and started to get runs after only one wear. The second pair had the same issue but was coming apart at the seams in the crotch area. I did not wash the capris and wore them both for only a day before I started having problems. On 10/**, I emailed the [redacted], to inform her that I was again having problems with the quality of the capris and that I wanted a refund. She responded that it was against their company policy to issue refunds and that she made a one time exception for an exchange of the first pair. On 11/*, I went to meet with [redacted] in person to show her the capris and let her know that I wanted to return the capris and get a full refund because I have never had so many problems with other brands of yoga clothes and that I thought their clothing was sub par in quality. She told me that it must have been misuse even though I told her I barely wore the capris and never had other brands rip in the crotch. Phat Buddha did not deal with me in good faith and I would like to get a refund because their product did not perform as expected.Desired Settlement: Full refund for the price of the capris. I did not get an itemized receipt but I think the capris cost about $70 out of the $125.06 total I spent.
