GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I had no hot water, my current oil company, who also cleans my furnace, tried to fix it, charged me over $600. I had no hot water the next day. They came back again, then not hot water again!! Then my current company told me they could not find the part anywhere to fix my water problem and to CALL SOMEONE ELSE!
I was highly recommended by a friend to PHC Enterprises. I had been out of hot water for 5 days, I called and spoke with Kyle. He found the part within 2 hours. He had people at my house that evening! My problem was fixed in two hours. I will use this company to do all the maintenance on my furnace and air conditioning.
They were very professional and neat and definitely knew what they were doing!
