Thank you for handling the matter After reading the response from the business I see they adjusted my bill to Zero as they did not provide any services as the system was not working You may close you file as the account balance is now zero. letter to cancel the account immediately which we did. We initial sent her an invoice for the monies owed to the end of the contract but then decided to credit off the balance. The customer has a zero balance.
