Coulter charges $$ to do a full inspection of the problem. Coulter Service Dept never drove my car before they diagnosed the problem or after they repaired.If they would have drove the car before the repairs then they would have known if the tires were causing the problems / noise.So the shocks might have been OK and it was just tire noise ? Yes I drove car with Mr R*** and Mr S*** on separate occasions after the repair Both said Tire Noise.Yes tire noise is always a situation BUT NOW I HAVE VERY ROUGH RIDE BOUNCING BANGING ROCKIN BUMPING over everything.Thats not tire noise causing this ROUGH RIDEThey ruined my car.Regarding Wheel Alignment Coulter performedI had a front wheel alignment by a local repair shop after they replaced tie rodstowards the end of the year So this was unnecessary additional charge

Mr*** *** brought his Buick Park Avenue with 138,miles to our service department back in January 17,for a heavy bounce in back endthe technician that worked on this car has over years experience working for GM, he found rear shocks stuck and blown, we installed GM
genuine rear shocks to address Mr.*** concernService Director test drove with Mr.*** a few days after this repair was completedWe both inspected tires and we both agree that tires are noisy and Mr.*** acknowledge that on his statementThis vehicle has not been back to us so we can address this concern, I would like to revisit this concern with Mr.*** if he allows us to recheck all and that everything is working as designI have attached a copy of the repair order for your reviewWe recommended a wheel alignment to Mr.*** Buick because that service was last done 4-25-and 37,miles agoWe stand behind our work 100%, we are willing to work with Mr.*** so we can address is issue

determine that it may be a burn valve or seat, or worst case scenario it could be a crack pistonWe gave *** several options and she was charge $*** called me and stated that she took vehicle to independent garage and they replace a fuel injector and that resolve the problem she was experiencingI spoke to the independent shop owner and he explained to me that it could have been possible that maybe a value was stuck with carbon build up and it can cause the same problem, I spoke to *** and I mention that we would make it right, So on *** *** came in and I refunded the $that she had previously paid. This case has been resolve with *** and Coulter Tempe, please advise if I have to do anything else

As stated on last response to Mr. [redacted], we stand behind our workmanship  100%. I offer Mr. [redacted] to bring vehicle back so we can test drive with my tech and Mr. [redacted] so we can resolve this concern once and for all. We can't fix the concern if Mr. [redacted] does not give us a chance to resolve it.
