We can confirm that this report was receivedThe finalized move out report was mail within the day window provided by the State of Ohio tenant landlord law. I have included a copy of ***'s move in inspection reportWe use this document, along with pictures taken before move in to create this reportAs you can see, the items that *** is disputing are not listed on the report*** signed this report as accurateOur pictures confirm thisWe are confident that *** understood this move in inspection process, as they previously rented a unit under our management, and had been through this process once before.
