The company has sent and charged orders to my debt card that I did not order, and I have disputed this with them since 12/18/2015 have not got refundOn 12/18/2015 they sent 2 packages to my home which I did not order . I refused the packages and they have not refunded my money on the refusals. Now on 2/3/2016 I got a alert from my bank as to another order that I had not placed . I called immediately to Adam and Eve customer service and explained I did not order they send they would not send the order . I immediately closed my account and froze my bank account! I received a package the next day on 2/4/2016 and my bank was charged!! I called again on 2/4/2016 and they said since I closed my account that I would have to dispute it and all charges with my bank ! Total amount for the items I refused and returned is 325.50 that was fraudulent charged to my bank account! Now they refuse to refund any money because they said since I closed my account it's now up to my bank to get my money back even though they have the products returned and the last one is on its way back ! They are saying they have my IP address? But they are false because I did not order 3 items that were delivered and returned!Desired SettlementImmediately refund to my bankBusiness Response We have received many conflicting comments from Mr. [redacted] regarding his orders. Three orders were placed by him on 12/18/15, and another order was placed on 2/3/16. Mr. [redacted] claims that he never placed those orders, however he also tells us that he received email confirmation of the orders when they were placed. We have closed Mr. [redacted]'s account, and have advised him to dispute any of his charges with his credit card company. We will not refund any charges until the credit card company completes its investigation.

purchased an item, it was defective but they want me to pay shipping to ship a defective item back to them. 100% satisfaction guarantee is far from the truth. They sold me a defective (more than likely, just a piece of junk) and when I want to return it, they want me to pay the shipping. Why should I pay for their junk? I've spoken to [redacted] who apparently is the only one working nights as I've spoken to him two nights in a row, via chat and when I used their email, he was the one that responded. In regards to Order placed on March 3, 2016 , after an hour of placing the order, I tried to change an item and they told me I could not because it has already been processed to be shipped. On March 9,2016 I finally received confirmation that the items have finally been shipped. Click on tracking information, and get an invalid link. Call multiple times to find out information and no one is able to give me anything. Called today, March 18th, 2016, and the first representative I spoke with hung up on me and was extremely rude. The 2nd representative I spoke with told me that they are unable to track and that most likely my package was lost. They took the money out the day of shipment, but [redacted] and [redacted] have no information of it ever being processed into their system.Order_Number: [redacted]Desired SettlementI would like to be contacted by corporate of the company. The order was shipped on 3/9/16 by the [redacted]. The tracking number on the order was [redacted]. Delivery of the package should have been no later than 3/21/16. On 3/21/16, the last day that the order should have arrived, we refunded the customer $51.30, as [redacted] could not provide any information on the order. The refund was made to the same credit card as the purchase. The customer can contact their credit card company to verify the refund. We apologize if anyone was impolite to her. Thank you.Consumer Response When I first placed the order the original ship date stated it was going to be between 3/14-3/18 the latest. I called multiple times stating that my package has an incorrect tracking number and that the ship date was incorrect from what was originally stated when the order was purchased. And every person I've spoken to was unable to give me an answer and just told me it is what it is. Not until the 18th is when the last person I spoke to right after I was rudely hung up on by one of the associates, the gentleman stated oh your shipment must have just got lost after the fact I personally contact [redacted] and they stated they never received any package with that tracking number. So my order was never processed to [redacted]. If that was the case, then why did I have to wait till the very last possible day that I should have received my order for someone to give me an answer? And multiple occasions I've had very rude associates talk to me and very unhelpful.Final Business Response We did indeed ship the customer's order. It was manifested and given to the [redacted]. What happened to it after it was in their possession we simply do not know. As I stated earlier, I apologize if anyone was rude. We refunded the customer for their purchase on 3/21/16. Thank you.

I've had the most rude and discourteous representative assist me with questions on a replacement order that was sent without my requesting. Instead of answering the direct questions about the order like "will I have to pay to return this item" I was instead treated very disrespectfully and almost mocked about an email I had sent in response to the shipment. Furthermore, when I asked if I could be transferred to a different representative, I was told a direct "No" that there are no other representatives. However when I called the customer service line I was told that this is untrue. This was confirmed by me logging back in to support chant and receiving a different agent. I have saved a transcript of the conversation with the representative [redacted] and I am highly disappointed with the service I've received in regards to a few simple questions I had about this order. After years of working retail and dealing with customer service reps, I can say this is one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Very disappointing experience after spending large amounts of money with this company, you should consider finding more personable customer service reps for your online assistance and removing those that make your company look bad. Thankfully the lady I spoke to on the phone had better customer service skills and was in fact embarrassed by this other rep.
After submitting this review to the company itself, I was contacted by the same representative who proceeded to tell me I was wrong and that he answered my questions when in fact he had not. He also proceeded to tell me that the phone agent who assured me that other reps were available was wrong.
I was very supportive of this company until now, but the quality control of their empolyees is non existant. I'm now regretting suggesting my clients order products from here. I hope they don't have to deal with the same amount of disrespect if they have an questions about their orders.","neg-2

I have requested multiple times to have my account cancelled. They won't quit. I have told them I won't pay and I don't want materials. I received spam and through it out. By not replying to what I thought was Spam mail. I apparent "Ok'd" recieving an adult DVD. Which I was not ok with because I never replied to the original mailer about it. It said reply with I want the main attraction. Not hey if you don't want your family seeing PORN give us a heads up and reply as weill. So, I got a DVD I never wanted. I called back in September and asked to cancel with a woman named[redacted]. That in itself is criminal because when I called back no "[redacted]" worked there. Well Duh!!! Her Nametag doesn't say[redacted] she is customer service rep with a fake name every call I am sure. So, I cancelled with[redacted] everything was fine. Until I received more mailers and I received a invoice. I called in and talked to a new lady. Paid the invoice in full with the stipulation my account would actually be cancelled and all correspondence ended. I received more mailers this month. I contacted the company and they said just pay for it then we will cancel. I have documentation of all. That is criminal. How many months am I expected to hear "Just pay this one then we will cancel you" However,I have not received a dvd this month, yet. So what are they even wanting me to pay for? It is just all criminal. There are bills and no products. Then products sent I did not request with bills attached that I am told I had to pay them to cancel? When I did that once already? This is harassment and theft and just crooked. However, I told the company I will not be paying anything forward I feel cheated. They still disregard it and say well call and cancel and pay for a product you never even got. I have been going through this 3 months. It is wrong. I shouldn't have to pay and I have begged to cancel on 4 separate occasions total now. This is so wrong and I don't know what to do. They won't stop with the mail and I have asked to many times. I even changed my address on their site for they account they made against my will. I bought one thing from the site. A one time non-recurring item. One thing! The customer did belong to one of our movie clubs, which required a certain number of purchases. On 9/23/15, we shipped her DVD to her, which was paid on 10/6/15. That payment fulfilled the obligation. On 11/7/15, we were asked to cancel the account, which we did. No other shipments have been sent. If the customer is asking to be removed from our mailing list, we have done that today. Please keep in mind that we prepare our mailings in advance, so the customer may receive one or two more mailings before they cease. Thank you. After cancelling via phone twice I recieved more mail expecting a reply regarding these dvds. So then I emailed because I do not want to be stuck with something I never ordered. That is when I was told there was a bill for a product I never recieved and never ordered. The account was never cancelled. I can provide copies of correspondence for me to pay an invoice that is non-existent. After reporting to the Revdex.com they sent me an email saying sorry that is not accurate you are cancelled now. However without the proper action I truly think the problem would have continued and the invoice would have stood true. I would love to give you back the [redacted] I never ordered and get my money. I would also love to make sure I never speak to this company again and I and other people are not cheated. Final Business Response We never shipped the customer any items that were not ordered. The customer joined our DVD club on 7/28/15. They ordered 3 DVDs at discounted prices, with the agreement to purchase 1 DVD at full price within 12 months. On 9/23/25, we shipped the customer their first Main Attraction movie. The customer paid for it, which met the club obligation. The customer then contacted us to cancel the membership, which we did. This free gift is 6 movies, and the customer only pays $9.95 shipping and handling. If purchased individually, these movies would cost as much as $179.70. The customer contacted us on 11/24/15 claiming that it had not been received, so we shipped a replacement order free of charge. The replacement order number is [redacted]. Received a defective product which was broken upon arrival. I kindly asked customer service to ship a replacement. They offered me a return label only and were rude, even after I expressed my dissatisfaction with the whole situation. I have no control over them shipping broken items but they are so ignorant and do not care! I asked for manager and got nowhere. Customer service refused to cancel my order.I placed an order on 3/20/15 Order#[redacted], I upgraded to two day air. I contacted their customer service through their email on 3/22/15(Sunday). I was asking for shipping rates to be refund and just do standard shipping since I was mislead on the two day shipping. [redacted] from their customer service stated that since it was ordered after 2:45pmEST it would go to the next business day and Express Delivery excludes weekends as well. My response was simple, ok thank you, please switch it to standard shipping. She stated she could not change it because it has already been "processed". That I would receive it on 3/25/15. I then replied, ok then cancel my order please. [redacted] once again stated that she can not cancel my order because it has already been "processed" and it is "on the way to me" That I would have to received the package refuse or if I was not there to accepted the package I would have to take it to a [redacted] to ship it back and also recommend I purchase insurance to get a tracking number. I explain to [redacted] that today is Sunday which by their wording Express Delivery is being processed today and no tracking number has been generated for my order yet. I then expressed how difficult it is to deal with this company and how customer friendly they aren't. Now [redacted]'s response is in all bold letters and basically says we have taken your money for order so we can't cancel, I will have to refuse it. (Which is an issue that they refuse to cancel an order that has not been processed because they don't do Express Delivery on weekends.)I pointed out to her one that she lied in her email stating that "it is on it's way to me", then told her since no label has been made and will not be made until 3/23/15 Monday, that she needs to go ahead and cancel the order or I will just dispute the charges. I then sent this email in response to her threat."That is fine. You are causing this. You out right lied saying it is on it's way already. And threatening me with never being able to order from you is not good customer service either. You are right it is up to me. And this experience of your blatant lies is enough for me not to want to order from you again. Your refusal to refund a charge for an order that a shipping label as not even been made for pick up is ridiculous. So it is much easier to keep your merchandise that hasn't even been packed and picked up from [redacted] then me having to wait for a delivery that will be here in 3 days from today according to you when I paid 2 day shipping. Ordered on 20th will arrive on 25th according to you. Not sure where the two day but either way, it has NOT been processed. His order is currently out for delivery today. Last week I started receiving unsolicited, graphic pornography and sex toy offers from this company through the U.S. mail. Over the course of the next four days, through countless phone complaints, they told me first that I had called and asked for this mail, which I had not, and never would; then they told me they bought my information from a mailing list. They asked me my date of birth and when I refused, they asked me if it was April, and I said no, it is not, which is further proof they fabricated a request. They have told me each time that they will stop, but they refused to clesrly state that not only will the mailings stop, but they refuse to state that they will erase my personal information from their data base and never share it with anyone else. They said, upon questioning, that they can legally send this graphic pornography to any minor who simply lies about their date of birth, and they feel no responsibility for children's welfare. When I asked the supervisor if he had kids, and would he like it if this stuff was sent to his own, he hung up on me. They have refused to tell me where they "bought" my information, so I cannot go to the source and prevent them from disseminating it elsewhere, if it is true at all. I am sure I have not seen the end of this invasion of privacy. They seem to be a disreputable company that has lied repeatedly to me about stopping their solicitations. They told me I can fill out a form at the post office to stop pornography from entering my mailbox, but the post office says that's not true, the ber informstion at the bottom of envelopes does not identify porno even though the supervisor said it can, and that the "post office is just lazy." They can't stop anything that has paid postage.... so the company lied to me again. I never order catalogs, I don't buy magazines, I block cookies, I don't install apps, I have never entered a contest, and I certainly don't visit sex sites. They are rude, and they lied to me, and I have received mail from them three times in the last week, including days after they claimed they would put a stop to it. It also figures that they would not be a member of the Revdex.com. They cater to the most base, prurient interests of people and don't care whom they have upset, or which children they harm. They are hiding behind the letter of the law, instead of the spirit of the law. We are all responsible for our community's kids. And they have repeatedly lied to me and shocked me.","neg-3

I made a purchase that should have come with a free gift, and when I found it did not I canceled. I still haven't been refunded. I made a purchase after getting an email with the free gifts listed. It said as long as they were 17 dollars before the discount, which was applied through the email, that I would get free gifts. I ordered and noticed that they weren't in the cart. I talked to customer service, some man named [redacted] . He canceled, but did not return my money. When I asked about it he was rude.
