I had my carpets and tile cleaned by National carpet, They were on time, quick and efficient, there were some additional charges for chewing gum removal and repairing a burnI guess that is what others call "hidden fees", I call them paying for a service that I neededAnyway these guys were personable, friendly and professional, not only will I recommend them, I will continue to use them myself
Lastly, when I called the office to schedule I was completely informed that the advertised price did not include pet issues or heavily neglected carpetsI am a 100% satisfied customer

After having my carpet cleaned nearly hours later I got home and the rug was still very wet The nice gentleman, Rob that did my rugs told me within 3-hours the rug would be dry so when it was so wet when I got home hours later I was concerned I called the number (XXX) XXX-XXXX and "***" answered He was extremely rude, degrading and unprofessional when I told him about how wet my carpet wasBecause I was so offended by the way *** was treating me, I asked him his position with the company and he told me he was the Manager
The next morning the young gentleman that did my rugs came back and there were still a few damp spots but most of the rooms were dry He politely explained to me because the weather the day before turned very rainy and damp that the humidity did not allow the rugs to dry as they normally would I explained to him that if *** would have just explained that to me the night before I would have felt so much better; however he just left me upset not understanding why the carpet was so wet and wondering if my carpet would be ruined because of it
I did a complaint via the National Carpet Care website and I received a response from ***I have not found a corporate number or contact information so I have no means to escalate the way I was treated to a corporate-level contact

Before even reading my review here is a direct quote from the owner to me: "we're closed on Sundays no further contact is necessary you're not a customer because you haven't paid for the service and we don't want your business have a nice day miss M[redacted] please get some help."
Extremely upset with the service I had. They gave me a 2:30-5:30 window. By 4:30 I haven't heard from anyone I had to call they did my technician was running late and would be with me in a half hour. By 5 I still didn't hear anything so I had to call back they were dispatching someone else. By 5:45 I get a cal he was coming from Kissimmee and would be there in 40minutes. I had been waiting since 2:30 for their arrival. When I expressed my anger I was told it was my fault I didn't have to wait they arrange call a heads all the time (which I arranged for) but I never was told anyone was running late or things needed to be pushed back I had to call to find out. When the cleaner arrived I was very upset and crying because of my long wait and frustrating day and all he could tell me was "if you make me uncomfortable I will leave your crying isn't helping me do my job." If this is how they treat their groupon customers maybe they shouldn't offer deals? Or maybe this is why they are on groupon because they just don't care that much.

They were on time, did exactly what I asked for and did not add on hidden charges. The carpet looks great and the technician, [redacted] was courteous and very nice.
