Dear Sirs, On 9/4/2015, Phelan Express performed a front brake job consisting of replacing front brake pads and machining front brake rotorsWe also performed a rear brake job consisting of replacing rear brake shoes and machining rear brake drumsAdditionally, we serviced the automobile by performing a brake fluid flush consisting of replacing the brake fluidThese services were performed for [redacted] , on his vehicle a Chevrolet SuburbanThe warranty period extended month or 6,miles beginning 914/through 3/4/provided by our companyAt the time of the services listed above, the odometer reading was 183,When the customer [redacted] returned to Phelan Express his odometer read 197,on 412/He requested we recheck his brakes, however, the warranty period had endedSo as a courtesy we rechecked the work he requested due to a problem with the brake pedal being lowOur technicians adjusted the rear brakes and bled themThen on 8/23/2016, Mr [redacted] came back because he had experienced complete brake failureThe manager looked under the hood and inspected the brake fluid levelThe level was goodWhile checking the level, it appeared to Mr [redacted] the master cylinder may have a leak because there was fluid residue on the power brake boosterThe customer was offered a free inspection, but he refused the setviceSince the customer was out of warranty, our establishment was not unforeseen failure of the hydraulic system which was not part of the on the vehicleSincere regards, [redacted]

performing a brake fluid flush consisting of replacing the brake fluid. These services were performed for [redacted], on his vehicle a 1999 Chevrolet Suburban. The warranty period extended 6 month or 6,000 miles beginning 914/15 through 3/4/2016 provided by our company. At the time of the services listed above, the odometer reading was 183,270. When the customer [redacted] returned to Phelan Express his odometer read 197,488 on 412/16. He requested we recheck his brakes, however, the warranty period had ended. So as a courtesy we rechecked the work he requested due to a problem with the brake pedal being low. Our technicians adjusted the rear brakes and bled them. Then on 8/23/2016, Mr. [redacted] came back because he had experienced complete brake failure. The manager looked under the hood and inspected the brake fluid level. The level was good. While checking the level, it appeared to Mr. [redacted] the master cylinder may have a leak because there was fluid residue on the power brake booster.
