Review: In June 2014 we bought 2 trees from Phelps Nursery which they installed. One died. In Sept. 2014 after several calls, they finally replaced it per their warranty. It died again. Per their warranty, they will replace dead trees if they did the installation, so when the tree died a 2nd time, I called May 8, 2015. The woman who took that call said that warranties did in fact cover all trees installed by them. I continued calling 15 times over the next month (I have it documented). I sent pictures of the tree per their request. Today, June 15, Phelps said they saw the tree and it has new growth. I have pictures showing that there is not one bit of new growth and that about 80% of the tree is brown. When we informed them of this (and have proof in pictures), they then advised us that their warranty only covers replacing the tree once, although no where in the documentation completing this bill of sale was there any mention of this warranty being limited to one replacement. They do not back up their own warranties on their products.Desired Settlement: We would like to have the cost of the tree ($169.95) and the cost of the installation (also $169.95) and applicable taxes refunded to us.
