Review: Tyler Phelps from Phelps Transport picked up my old/sold [redacted] at 6pm on 21 JAN 2016 at our [redacted] residence. Mark Phelps (owner) is refusing to provide the signed vehicle inspection by me (Marc [redacted]) and Tyler Phelps (driver) Bottom line the jeep had zero damage at loading but sustained damage during transport to new owner in Mass today. I would like the signed vehicle inspection sheet. Tyler did not issue a copy to me when he loaded the jeep onto his trailer and Mark Phelps refused to provide a copy today during a phone conversation today (22 JAN 2016).
