Review: I have been trying to do a mortgage modification on my home since August 2013 and I have only been able to speak with my case manage [redacted]. one time on the phone and one email. I feel there is a lack of communication and consideration for the modification. I was told originally when I requested the modification that it would be processed in a timely fashion and this has not been the case. I have made several attempts to contact **. [redacted]. through e-mail and phone calls and am not getting anywhere. I have also contacted [redacted] Mortgage services and they have tried to contact him as well and haven't had any success in doing so as well. [redacted] Mortgage Services have been very helpful in try to resolve this issue. I have submitted all of the information that was requested to **. [redacted]. and all I get is letters in the mail of something else that he needs that is missing. I am going to fill out the forms and resubmit it to him again with a letter stating that he is not doing his job as my case manager and that I feel as though I am being treated unfairly due to his lack of communication and consideration for my needs as a homeowner. I do not want to lose my home and am having a hardship due to loss of income and would like to get the modification done as soon as possible to avoid foreclosure on my home. Any help that you could give me would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time and consideration on this matter.

Review: We have been attempting to refinance our loan for several months now. All we receive is delay after delay. Paperwork is mailed; they say they never received it. Paperwork is scanned and emailed and they look at past folders to say they do not have the current data. No calls backs are ever received on status of loan. Voice mails and delays are given whenever you try to call them. We send in 60 days of past paperwork, which they take 30 days to review and never call to say something is in error or missing. By the time you can once again contact them, now of course the 60 days of past paperwork is no longer current and we have to resubmit current data for further review. Even being on the phone with them and at the same time re-emailing the current data gets no final response to the simple question of, that they now have everything they need for the review process, (the review process will of course take another 30 days) but if they can then find one block not checked or etc, they send you a letter at the end of that time stating they do not have all the information and it is denied. This business practices dodge and delay for ever even starting to reviewing the loan for a refinance. I am currently and have been paying this mortgage at the higher rate for several years now. I have a very good credit rating. There is no reason what-so-ever for a lower loan rate to be denied. In my opinion they are delaying with the idea and purpose of that I will drop the process for the refinance and also continue to make the payments at the higher rate for however long they can continue to drag this simple process out.Desired Settlement: I would like this loan refinance at a minimum of what the current fixed loan rate is at the time of this letter, before the rates continue to rise even further. I am not asking that I receive the rate what was current at the time I started this process, which was significantly lower. Just the rate as it is today. I want this refinance completed and done.
