I am not sure what to do at this pointMy father was air lifted by PHI in May He passed shortly after thatWe denied the service when they were called by EMS, but again and again were told that it was necessary to use them to get him to the hospitalThey said he would not make the drive if EMS was to transportAfter denying several times we were told again ABSOLUTLEY REQUIRED AIRFLIGHT no other option now we get this huge bill which is why we were denying since my father was only covered by the VA and in the past the VA has never covered any hospital related issues? They keep calling for paymentThey pressure you as if they really care for your loved one then slam comes the HUGE bill
