I chose to reject because:My weeds where not properly taken care of they are still all over my yard.When buddy came to my door angry he told me I need to find someone else to service my property, I told him I would.I told him I tried contacting his office many times and he called me a liar.He was very unprofessional and yelling as he walked to his truck to get his backpack to speay random spots, which is not what he originally uses to spray a yard.With him yelling while my year old is at the door and people walking by in my neighborhood I told him to not bother spraying He yelled thank you very loudly as he left.I received a notice from the city about my weedsIf that's not proof that his work is not worth payment I'm not sure what else isHe has turned me into the collection agency for $286.06.I've attached pictures for proof.Thank you very much[redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:First, the verbiage used by whoever wrote the last two Revdex.com responses is the most unprofessional, rude, and distasteful verbiage I've ever seenThe tone and attitude and accusations are absolutely rediculous Whoever wrote these two responses should be fired immediately by Austin Eye for unprofessional conduct in the workplace and harassment.Second, the image that he/she attached of a cashed check by me is a photocopied image, and is a shameless attempt to falsify that they sent a refund checkTMy issue remains unresolved Regards, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Firstly, [redacted] signed the Revdex.com response correspondence, but [redacted] is neither the manager nor the owner [redacted] is merely one of the providers at the shady business [redacted] is therefore not authorized to speak on behalf of this business.Secondly, everything he said was grossly incorrect, and I have definitely never received a cashable refund check for the unauthorized $charge that almost all medical insurances cover in fullThis issue is therefore unresolved, and I request that the Revdex.com keep this issue as an unresolved issue Regards, [redacted] ***

August 28, Revdex.com Hello, B & H Pest Control Incis replying to the customer complaint ID# [redacted] Our company has been spraying her house since & her weeds Date of weed service 05/30/almost three months laterShe has never stayed on the schedule, every time I call her she never returns my calls or she says she never get themWe schedule her for appointments she says she'll be there and sometimes she Don't show upShe's always complaining about the pest control, Marvin has even gone A few times to her house and hasn't even charged herAbout the weeds we don't know if it needs to be resprayed until they call usI (Laura) called her to about pest control she said it wasn't working so she didn't want to pay for something that didn't work I apologized and told her I would let Marvin know maybe he could do something else she said noBut she still had weeds she said she tried calling, I told her I've never gotten a call from herShe said maybe something was wrong with her phoneI tried setting up a time with her she said that not good for her, so I gave her a different datedShe picked August 21st,at 8:30amMarvin went over there and she started griping at him and he said you need to get another company to spray your place after this, but since guarantee the weeds I'll respray themHe got his pack on and she said NO I don't want you to spray I'll get someone elseOur company think she should pay for the weeds, because she told him NO not to spray That she would get someone elseThank you B&H Pest Control Inc

*** *** is a liar Plain and simple Attached is a copy of the check that he cashed and signed dated May 4, 2017.*** *** has slandered our practice on yelp, google, to the Revdex.com, and the Texas Medical Board He has also verbally abused our staff members and made numerous statements while being rude with each interaction with our staff over the phone.The fact that he cased this check shows that we were and are fair in our business dealings with him despite his malignant nature His aggressive tactics towards our staff and our practice prove that he is not worthy of our time or respect.We have never had in our years of practice a patient so rude and disrespectful

untrueMr*** was billed appropriately at his one and only office visit on 3/23/He was appropriately refunded a $dollar fee when his insurance unexpectedly paid a charge that they do not typically coverHe received this check on 4/25/and called the office stating the check was "mutilated"I have no way to confirm or deny that the check was mutilated as Mr*** refused to return the check to the office either in hand or by mailEither way, it is not important as he has been sent a second refund check of $This has been explained to Mr*** on multiple occasionsThroughout this process, Mr*** was belligerent and rude on the phone with my office staffOur staff remained professional throughoutMr*** claims are not only ridiculous but completely out of proportion to societal norms.Please let me know if you have additional questions or wish to have additional informationThank you for your time.Respectfully Submitted,*** ***, ***. To Whom it May Concern: Please accept this letter in response to the complaint filed by Mr. *** *** on 10/28/regarding Austin Eye and *** *** *** MDMr*** *** was scheduled to be seen at Austin Eye on 10/28/at 1:pmThis was his first visit to our clinic as none
of our physicians have ever seen him before as a patientAll patients who desire to see our physicians are required to fill out simple health related paperworkThis includes but is not limited to notification of HIPPAA laws, demographics, past medical history, insurance verification, and notification of possible costsWe provide all paperwork prior to appointments to stay compliant with current regulations and to notify all of our patients of possible costs prior to being seenWe have no desire for our patients to be surprised by "hidden" costs after being seen by a physicianAs a standard practice, we do not call all insurance companies and verify whether or not deductibles have been met, or how much copays may be for simple office visitsSince our office sees >patients per day we cannot afford the staffing that would be required to complete such a tedious and unnecessary taskBecause of this, *** *** was notified he would be required to pay his dollar copay at the end of his visit with *** ***There are other optional tests that health insurances DO NOT coverThese other optional tests cost dollars and dollars respectivelyWe DO NOT require anyone to get these tests, but disclose the costs ahead of time in case a patient chooses to proceed with that testingUpon being notified that he would be required to pay his copay at the end of his visit, *** *** became upset and belligerent with the office staffHe cursed at the office staff, stating "these doctors all seemed like aes anyways"He threw his paperwork at our office personnel and left the office prior to being seen*** *** had no knowledge of his presence in the office at any time, as he was seeing patients in exam rooms away from the front officeAfter receiving the letter from the Revdex.com, our billing staff proceeded to verify insurance, costs, copays etc from the information left by *** ***Although this sacrifices valuable office time, it was done for the satisfaction of the Revdex.comThrough this verification we have discovered that *** *** was in fact lying in our office on 10/28/Per his insurance carrier, *** *** has not paid his insurance premiums since 9/1/and would have owed between and dollars since he is currently not insuredWe have a verification/reference number with his insurance carrier if confirmation is requiredAt this point, *** *** is not welcome as a patient at Austin Eye, and we encourage him to seek care with another ophthalmologist in the cityWe do not tolerate people who are verbally abusive to our staff or in our clinic in generalWe also do not appreciate claims and dishonestyWe hope that this helps to clear any confusion there may be regarding this matter with the Revdex.comThank you, *** *** *** and Austin Eye
