Avoid using this company! My small (double-hungs, picture) window replacement project took weeks longer to complete than promised, due to incorrect measurements taken by company ownerWorkers left a MESS of nails, flashing, wood splinters and debris on my lawn & propertyMy newly installed Harvey MaxView windows get frost on the INSIDE whenever the weather gets cold
To sum up my experience with Phil Beaulieu & Sons Home Improvement: They took longer than promised to complete the job, they did NOT properly clean up the debris left from removing my old windows, and they sold me CHEAP, FLIMSY replacement windows that are not energy efficient I will never use this company again, and neither should you

We recently interviewed contractors to have a new roof put on our year old home PBHI was the only contractor who said we did not need a new roof but only repairs done that would buy us 3-years before replacing the roof We hired them to do the repairs and are more than satisfied with the work done They couldn't have been nicer or more professional and we will use them when the time comes to actually replace the roof Jim and Debbie ***, *** MA

We had work done on our home (siding, screen porch and new windows) back in We were very impressed with all aspects of our experience with Beaulieu's I contacted them in June, because of there were some minor problems with several of the windows which had a limited lifetime warranty We also wished to have a new sliding patio door installed as well as have the molding repaired around our garage door The work has been completed and once again, we are extremely satisfied with their workmanship and professionalism We were also very pleasantly surprised that they took the time to send us a Thank You card for selecting them for our project

We asked for new windows,doors and some insulation on the porch to make it more usable year round. They gave ideas, including new electrical outlets and incorporated ours into the job order. The estimate that was given was the final cost, and the actual gentlemen doing the work were professional, friendly and cleaned up every day. No mess left over. The only drawback was the wait for supplies to be ordered and fitting a date into both of our schedules. In the end, our porch is now like a new room. We would call on this contractor to do more work if needed. Work done in September 2015.

Fran, Al, Rebecca, and the two installers were all so nice, professional, knowledgeable, kind, caring, and clean. They installed 26 new windows for us thoughout our home, and we couldn't be happier with the company and the new windows! They were great from estimate, assisting going through Mass Save, scheduling the install, and the install itself! I can't say enough how positive our experience was with them. I would highly recommend them, and I don't take that lightly - having had several poor experiences with other companies for professional work (including windows) in the past.

My wife and I would highly recommend Phil Beaulieu and Sons Home Improvement for any project large or small required by the homeowner. The representatives and craftsman are very professional and pay attention to details and the customer's input and needs. We have had several projects completed by Beaulieu and Sons from installing a new Harvey entry door to construction of an entry deck, cellar windows and hand rail system for the front door. The process for all projects was streamline from the initial estimates by Fran to the assignment of crews by Al to the work completed by their fine craftsman and follow up by their office personal. The experience was more than positive and the results outstanding. I wish I could paste pictures of the finish projects as they reflect the quality of work and materials used by this company. All we can state is that we have had numerous people walk by and stop to asks us who did the projects and how reasonable the costs were. In all cases we had only positive things to say on all questions pertaining to the costs, materials, workmanship and professionalism exhibited by Phil Beaulieu and Sons Home Improvement.

I just finished working with Phil Beaulieu Home Improvement getting a new roof, siding and gutters. Being a single women I was not taken advantage of and everything was done to my satisfaction. I would definitely reccomend this bussiness to anyone looking to redo the outside of their house.

I've know Phil and his company from years ago. They did the original porch addition to our house back in the "70's. Recently we had him come back to do some upgrades. I was really excited to find them still in business. They replaced all of the windows, the trim around them and the screen & storm door on the porch. The finished job came out beatifully. The door instalation has provided eassier access for me to get in & out and to put the icing on the cake, when they were finished they cleaned up after. In the end their quoted price was right on the money and well worth every penny.

All interactions with everyone at this company were informative, prompt, and courteous from our first call to the completion of the project. We are very pleased with the finished installation of a slider and two windows. The products that they suggested are just as they described and are very good quality. The cost of the project was very reasonable for both the windows that were suggested and for the installation. Both friends and fellow workers had good comments about the company before we decided to use them as our contractor. We will consider them first for any future projects.

They were very efficient, got the job done fast and cleaned up after themselves when they were done.

We had this company install vinyl siding and 2 new inside and storm doors in our house.
Once the project was started, they were here all day,every weekday ,until the job was finished.
The workers were here from before 8 AM to after 5PM each day.
While here, they worked their butt off all day.......... unlike other contractors that we have seen that show up for a few hours then leave to go to another job and then come back some other time and work for a few hours and repeat this behavior until the project gets done, which really delays the completion of the project.
This company was always communicating with us as the work was being done.
The finished job was excellent and we are very happy with their work and recommend them highly.

We had hired PBHI 13 years ago to replace windows and siding on our home. They did an outstanding job at that time. They had come highly recommended to us at that time by friends who had them do some home improvements.
Knowing the kind of quality products, workmanship, and fair price we could expect from PBHI based on our previous experience, they were the company we wanted to replace our roof, install and repair additional windows (that had not been previously replaced).

I recently had some windows replaced in our cellar because one had a bad draft and they only had one pane. The owner recommended to replace them all for better insulation so we did. They came and did an excellent job but struggled because of the way the windows were originally installed which were actually inside the exciting drywall. I think another company that didn't know their stuff wouldn't be able to do what this company did. They even replaced our bathroom window and did a beautiful job. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and look forward to having them replace more windows in the future
