Phil beaulieu and sons home improvement helped us when nobody else would. They are very professional also very friendly and very reasonably priced. They get the work done promptly, and they take their mess with them when they leave. I have nothing but good things to say about this company and I would highly recommend it.

We had Phil Beaulieu & Sons replace our siding and build a brand new deck, and we couldn't be more pleased! From our first meeting with Cameron and then working alongside Al, we were always treated like valued customers. Everyone on their team was always extremely professional and friendly, whether they were on the phone answering our questions or in our yard working diligently at their craft. Al even went above and beyond to help us get our deck built in time for an important family gathering; something that we will always be so thankful for. We will continue to reach out to this fine company whenever we need to and would highly recommend them without a doubt!

I needed some work done to repair some siding and vents that were damaged and to replace the shutters that were showing their age.

I contacted several other companies. Some did not respond, some set up appointments and never showed.

Phil Beaulieu & Sons Home Improvement set up an appointment. We talked about some options. I received a quote quickly. The work was done on schedule and I am happy. I liked that I was kept informed for the whole process. It was explained that the weather could effect some of the scheduling but everything was done within the original timeline. These are certainly different times for businesses and customers. The reassurance of knowing where my project stood the whole time added to a confident feeling.

I have a few more projects that I will need done and I will certainly be talking to them again when I am ready for those to proceed.

Great installation crew, very careful with my house. Quality installation and good price on great windows. They installed new windows, replacement windows and a solar tube. Very satisfied with everything.

A wonderful experience from start to finish. We are so satisfied not only with the quality of work and the end result but the quality of people who are top notch. We had the complete exterior of our home remodeled. Siding, gutters, trim and windows. The people who were at our house doing the work were professional, and kind. Worked quickly with great accuracy often in what I would consider inclement weather. The project was done quickly and they were a joy not a hassle to have on property for a few weeks. The office staff was amazing to work with, very quick in their response time when we had a question or needed any clarification. the Cost was fair and extremely competitive in the market. They did excellent work replacing both house and garage roof. Both roofs look great and we have received compliments. Previously, roof had been leaking randomly and they came out repeatedly to see if the roof could be patched to save us money. They tried many times without complaint. Unfortunately, we needed to replace the roof. Wood had been rotted underneath. Installation went without any issues and they cleaned up the entire area. The workers were professional and more than willing to assist you with any questions. Happy to do business with them. We would highly recommend.

We contracted this company to have our chimney repaired, gave them the required deposit, and waited almost 3 months for a scheduled date. When I called them, one of the owners said they were very busy and 'You're not the only customer we have you know'. Asked for our deposit back by leaving a message on their phone because the email contact I was using was no longer in service. I did get my deposit back with no apology for their terrible customer service.
More damage to my roof because of this delay also.
I would not recommend this company to anyone.

From start to finish everything went like it is suppose to. I had two windows installed and the whole project was done in one day (remove existing, enlarge the openings, install windows and install new siding). The crew that did the work was outstanding and when they were done you would never know they were there. This is the 2nd time I've used Beaulieu, the first was 11 years ago when they replaced almost all my windows (these were the last two) and the quality and installation have shown their value with the test of time. Highly recommend !

Last week we had Phil Beaulieu & Sons Home Improvement install a Harvey bay window. Last year they installed a Harvey bow window for us. All the staff and workers were very friendly and knowledgeable. The installers were very professional and cleaned up during and after the job. They will be our first call for our next project. We would not hesitate to contact them again or to refer them to others.

These contractors were the most professional and congenial people to work with. They were meticulous and precise. The smallest detail was given their full attention. Cleanup was done everyday and like everything else, they were considerate and thorough. The finished product was remarkable.

I went to Phil Beaulieu & Sons' show room in person to schedule an estimate after another contractor had given me an inaccurate estimate then never returned my calls or responded to my email. My experience was extremely positive from the moment I walked into the PBHI show room until the job was finished a few months later. I ended up replacing all of my windows and three exterior doors. The crew who worked in my home was professional, friendly, and capable. I definitely plan to go back to PBHI in a couple of years when I'm ready to reside my home. I highly recommend this company!

We were looking for someone to replace our worn out cedar shake siding with vinyl siding replacement. I have a neighbor who is a well respected builder and he gave me the name of Beaulieu and Sons along with 2 other names. Phil came within 2 days of calling and I had a complete contract within 2 days.The other contractors responded much more slowly. Beaulieu came in with the best price and a comprehensive bid, that included removing the existing cedar shake, replacing any rotted wood, replacing several windows, replacing existing gutters and downspouts and enclosing our screened- in porch with Eze-breeze enclosures and a new storm door. Beuliieu was the only contractor familiar with installing Eze-breeze, which I had already been interested in using, as it allows the flexibility of switching between the screens and the vinyl windows which are set in a track system. We ended up choosing Bealieu to do our job and I am glad we did. The final product looks great. The crew of 2- 3 guys showed up daily except for bad weather. The job was completed on time and on budget. Whenever I called the office staff with any concerns, I got a call back that day and all issues were resolved timely. I feel confident that they will stand behind the work if there are any problems. We have gotten many compliments about the appearance of our house from friends and neighbors. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We hired PBHI to replace our roof in late November early December 2017. Despite some issues with weather and with a starting date the roof was finished to our satisfaction. The only complaint we had was the placement of the dumpster on our property. It was placed so that it blocked entry to our garage so that we could not park in the garage at night. Not good when you have to be at work at 4 am and have to scrape a car off first. They did come when we called and moved the dumpster but then the next day they left a work van beside the dumpster so again we could not access our garage. We called but got no answer as it was after 5 pm. The job was finished the next day and the work van was gone also so we could park in the garage. The dumpster was removed the following day. As I said the job was completed to our satisfaction but it would have be nice to be consulted first about the placement of the dumpster.

I want to start out by saying that this company is amazing. From the friendly receptionist straight up to the workers and owners. I had 5 replacement windows put in to replace my 5 windows grom 1930 and they did an amazing job from start to finish at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend.
