Phone does not acept (sic.) calls from blocked #'sSR Because of the confidentiality requirements of the counseling programs, the Safety Council's phone numbers are blocked to prevent non-clients from seeing incoming calls.It is so unfortunate for this client that he did not reinstate and complete the exit interview within the years window which closed on September 24, 2015.? The Safety Council did do everything at the time within our control to notify and make courtesy contacts with client to facilitate completion of the program.We are sorry that there is nothing within our control to help this client.? First, as we expressed in person to Mr*** and over the telephone to Ms***, our deepest sympathies for the tragedy that has occurred in their family. It is expected that this requires their full energy and attention at this time.The Safety Council is a non-profit organization that
offers the highest quality, dependable services at the lowest possible cost to our community. The council The instructors are paid professionals. Once a registration is accepted, the council is committed to holding that class regardless of whether the costs will be covered. For this reason, our registration fees are not refundable or transferable to another date. The policy does allow and encourage registrants who find they cannot attend to transfer their seats to someone else who could benefit from taking the class by making arrangements with that party and then calling us with hour notice to change the names on the roster.In order to operate fairly to all persons and companies who use our services, the council does not evaluate or judge whether individual circumstances are worthy of an exception. Each registrant who finds themselves unable to attend rightly feels that their situation is important and the council honors those feelings. In years, no one has been disrespected by learning that this policy was not enforced the same for all.Please see attached copy of the receipt and screen shot of our website to verify that our policy is carefully and clearly explained in advance.
