we Hired the condit capitol Management co to do our accounting work and taxes in the year 2011, 2012.We needed a profesional to help get our books in accurate order and do our taxes for us.[redacted] Condit seemed like a good choice for this.we hired them to correct our balance sheets and get our books in order and file the taxes for years 2011 and 2012.During the process phil identified the un balanced situation with our balance sheet and claimed he would get it to balance.5 months later he had the taxes done after at least three or 4 different people worked on them as we had several calls for information by different employees.Taxes got filed.After the fact we realize that the 2011 taxes and 2012 taxes had been done based on incorrect data that [redacted] never corrected as he promised to do.We decided to hire another CPA to look over the work, and discovered a $65000 discrepancy in addition to the balance sheet had never been corrected for the two years.this cost me approx $3000 to have corrected, and get the books and balance sheet to match and be accurate.the 2011 tax work with the missed equipment purchase caused us to show a book profit when there was a loss and forced us to pay approx $6500 in undue taxes that we could not afford.Now a problem pops up with the IRS stemming from Condits work on the 2011 taxes,It has to due with credit card debt forgiveness that was supposed to be reported,The IRS wants $2500 in taxes on this amount from 2011.[redacted] Condit claims his work is garanteed- Good luck with that.We have not paid the condit company for the healthy bill for service that was never finished, and numerous problems just keep on showing up.[redacted] does not answer or reply to the numerous e-mails asking for help on this recent matter.5 months ,numerous people working on one client, and inaccurate work, and 2 years with no balanced books, Not really what I want to pay for or Hire to do my book keeping and tax work.
