I made a schedule to pick up my boxes, they never came, wasted my timeI called them to verify whether or not they would come and pick up my box, and they said the agent already left the area so they cant pick it up, so they rescheduled to pick up my box the following daySame thing happen, they never came to pick up the boxes on the said schedule dayI called them back to verify if they still coming to pick up my bix, and they said the same reason, the agent already left the area and therefor, they cant come and pick up my bix on schedule day and timeThey are very unprofessional and they are very good in wasting people's timePhcargo can not be trusted
I send a box to quezon province jan10,until now not delivered yet I've been calling their office almost every day after 2months from the pick up date but they always tell me they will follow up and will call you but I don't even get a call about the status until I call them back, until now still waiting (almost 3months)
I sent my balikbayan box last sept until now my family didn't receive the box and I I called them they said follow up in the Philippines but they didn't call me back how many times I called same answer but now they didn't answer our call already
