Dear Sir:I am responding to the customercomplaint of [redacted] . I met with [redacted] on January27, 2015. There were three of them, so I assume one of them might [redacted] .They inquired about purchasing ticketsfor them so I informed about a promotion for about... $875.00.OnJanuary 29, 2015 I receivedpayment from them for 7 people.I issued a receipt to [redacted] for $2,625,and to [redacted] for $4,375.I told them that I would try to get the ticketsfor them if they are still available, and I also informedthat I have been sickly lately and there are many thingskeeping me busy.I was busy and sick during that week so I was not able to get the tickets for them from the wholesaler. On Feb 3, 2015 I spoke with one of the customers (I cannot recall which one) and explainedmy situation. Theywere not happy so they decided to get a refund so they would book for themselves. I refunded the money to [redacted] the next day.I apologize to everyone for the problem. I wanted to help them but Iwas sick and occupied with many things becauseI recently had a kidney-surgery and I was having health problems. I am responding to your letter regarding Mr [redacted] .It is true that I made an arrangement to pay Mr [redacted] the sum of $per month until the sum of $1,780is paid in full.I have informed him that someone broke into my vehicle and stole the envelope where the monies were kept Iwas on my way to purchase the tickets for clients when the incident took place while Iwas briefly at the State Tax office with another client I reported the incident to the police.I admit that it was my fault that the monies were stolen so I want to pay back Mr[redacted] and other clients At this time, I am havinga difficult time financially to earn money to pay him and other clients My pension is only $a month, so what ever I can earn in additionto my pension is what I use to pay.Thank you very much for your understanding.Yours truly,Eduardo M***
