I purchased a car with Phil Long KIA a week ago, and have had problem after problem sinceThe customer service was atrocious, and their attitude was that it was an inconvenience for them to be selling ME a car, and their inspection process seems to be in-compliantUpon delivery, I saw the radiator fluid was very low As I drove the car more, a loud clanking noise when I shifted grew louder, as well as a clicking in the left front tireIn looking at the tire, I noticed wires that were free, so I removed tire and rim and found that the bolt that holds the bracket for the sensor wires was completely goneSo I zip-tied the wires to avoid further damage, but the clicking still did not stopThe following day, the clicking grew worse, so I pulled over to look again, and at that point I noticed all the transmission fluid that had leaked everywhereDue to safety concerns, I had the car towed to a shop I trust and upon getting it on the lift, immediately the technicians saw that the entire undercarriage was covered in grease and transmission fluidBoth CV axles' bolts were so loose that the technician could turn them with just his fingersThen he saw a loose bracket that was missing a bolt, that turned out to be spinning every time the car was in motion, and the bracket was hitting the transmission housing, thus gouging holes into the transmissionBoth CV axles need replacement, as well as the transmissionI called Phil Long and spoke with ***, the Sales Manager, and he said he'd pull up paperwork and callbackAfter an hour, I called back and he had not even looked at any paperwork and said I shouldn't expect a call until the following day by noonAfter speaking with my mother, she called and spoke with ***, and addressed the issue at hand, and he hung up on herThen, she called back and spoke with ***, the General Manager, and he first asked if I could of loosened the bolts myself, which is ridiculous because WHY would I on a car I just bought? [redacted] then flat out said that there was nothing the dealership would be willing to do and that we are on our ownI'd like to wonder if there is any inspection process at this dealership, because my unsafe vehicle is proof that obviously it is not thorough enoughIn conclusion, I'd like to compliment Phil Long KIA on their horrible customer service and for selling me an unsafe car that could of put me in the hospitalExtremely disappointed, and the last place I would suggest anyone to even look at a car

This dealership is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. We initially bought a vehicle and they told us that the first payment would not be due for a month and than a week later they automatically withdrew the payment. Make sure you read the fine print no matter what they tell you to your face. Than we took our car to have the oil changed there and they changed the oil and forget to reset the oil light so we went back and instead of resetting the light they discovered several things wrong that we related to the oil pressure and sensors and than. At first it was only one part than it was two an than two turned into 4 different parts and they only have 3 of the four parts needed. So they have to hold onto the vehicle cause they cant get the parts than they dont bother to remedy the situation. basically your out of luck with transportation there is nothing they can do about it. than they say that we can drive the car though they advise against it just keep putting oil into it but if its not the sensor that is the problem it will damage the engine and they wont recover it. So please do not ever buy a vehicle from this dealership they say that they help the customer get 100% satisfaction but apparently thats after you buy the car.

1. Lies, not to mention they didn't copy the POA right from day one, it took weeks for approval. 2.Sent them 3 checks from my insurance comp., before the 4th check was issued to my address and I got it on the first try. Then I had to run it in. 3. I had to go in and redue papers 4 times bc they don't know how to have you fill them out as POA signature.4. Another appt. to go in w/the insurance check and to have the rails put on, also to check my warning engine light. Gave them the check, spoke quickly to Carl and waited an hr. Just to be told it wasn't going to happen.5. I have made 3 payments now on the old while having the new one. They never check to make sure there papers go thru to whomever. 6 Went to get the tags on the new crossover but got rejected after 3 hrs bc they didn't send in paperwork. 6. was told we'd get to skip a payment, but now they want $560 that I never agreed to.

We had a terrible experience with Signature Kia. We were pre-approved and told to come in and pick out a car. We did so, signed all the paper work and told we were good to go. A couple of days past and Kia salesperson called and said that we were not approved and that we had to come in and sign another set of paper so that we could keep the car. We did this to, so now we have signed two contracts and had been driving the car for a week or so. The sales person called and said they didn't think we would qualify now. She gave me the name of the finance guy and I called him to get to the bottom of all this. Never got a phone call. Kept driving the car. Still have never heard from the dealer that we were approved or not approved. Sales person was no help either. I texted the sales person to make a payment when it was due. She said I needed to call Kia Motor Finance. I asked for a number. I have not gotten it as of yet from them. Well we looked it up and called and amazing, we had been approved and were now late because no one from the dealer let us know what to do. Kia Motor Finance was great. They got us all set up and we were finally good to go. Signature Kia caused us nothing but stress and heartache. It was a terrible experience. I am done with them.

Extremely disappointed, and the last place I would suggest anyone to even look at a car.
