I took my Fto Phil Long with transmission problems while it was under warranty at 17,miles The truck wouldn't duplicate the problem while driving around the parking lot, so they refused to look at it or put it on a diagnostic machine A diagnostic machine would have read malfunction codes that are stored in vehicles up for up to weeks The problem came and went but we could never duplicate it at the dealership and they wouldn't look at it unless they observed the problem The transmission malfunction light would come on and it wouldn't shift properly, but it would go away I was in Afghanistan most of years, so the truck wasn't driven very much At 37,miles and just past years on the truck, the problem became nearly constant But again, when we went to Phil Long, the light didn't come on and the performance didn't mess up, so again, they refused to look at it We took it to a transmission shop, they put it on the diagnostic machine and said it needed a rebuild $later, we have a working truck We would never ever purchase a vehicle from Phil Long Ford or deal with them again

The problem came and went but we could never duplicate it at the dealership and they wouldn't look at it unless they observed the problem. At 37,000 miles and just past 5 years on the truck, the problem became nearly constant. We would never ever purchase a vehicle from Phil Long Ford or deal with them again.
