My is [redacted] owner of Phils Auto Repair in [redacted] , ***I see that Mr [redacted] got the Revdex.com involved on this yelp review about my businessAnd yes I did over reacted by his comments on my business and if Mr [redacted] would be truthful about what really happen here I wouldn't have gotten angryI never threaten his family in any way and I did call his father I told him that contract work was between me and him but he explained to me that while [redacted] was living [redacted] that it had spoiled himHe advice me that he would have a talk with [redacted] and have it removed but that didn't happenI know now that everybody is entitled to their own opinion but falsely lying about a business is not being prpfessional and besides I've notice it's just one negative opinion but other people do not see the positive that I've done to be in businessSo please tell Mr [redacted] that I apologise and to leave matter alone and I will go on about doing business how I have for years and the way handle my customer with honestyI show respect to all of my new or old customers without them I wouldn't be in business

AIt contains personally identifiable informationBI negatively reviewed this company based, not on work done but upon time constraints, lack of information involving the finishing of the vehicle and timing in which to do soCThe continued dragging of me personally through all of thisDThe defamation of my character in what was merely a customer complaint and has now turned into name calling and blame shiftingE*** even admits he has overreacted yet has not apologized to me over any of thisPlease remove my, my families, our companies name and info from ANYTHING regarding this business or it affiliatesThis was not an apology but yet another attempt to slander me personally, of this is how upset customers are treated I feel that all future customers deserve to know how disputes are handled.
