This business is a fake. I dropped off my parts in August 2015 and Juan and Gabriel indicated my stuff would be completed in a week, I paid a deposit and week after week there's nothing but excuses. I dropped off wheels in May of 2014 and paid a $500 deposit to Juan Gabriel, they wanted more and I said when the wheels are done I will pay you in full. Now June of 2015, 13 months later and I never got my wheels back. They have a million stories and excuses, but never returned my wheels or my money. Pennsylvania department of consumer affairs was unable to do anything. Now I have attorney working on it. I'm not going to give up until I have my day in court. It's a shame people operate in this manner.

Review: I delivered 4 speaker grill covers to be chromed to the owner back on 1/31/14. I paid a $50 deposit at drop-off. they were supposed to be completed in a week. I picked them up on 2/4/14 and after paying the remaining $90, decided that they really needed to have the inside and outside chromed. Juan had only done the outside. I delivered them back to him on 2/7 and showed him what my concern was. He agreed and stated that he would have them for me that week. After a couple of weeks of not hearing anything, We finally exchanged emails and agreed for me to pick them up on 3/6. That morning, he didn't show up. After a few more days of no response, we finally agree to meet again on 3/18 for me to pick them up. that morning, he called to tell me he couldn't make it (I was already almost the whole way through my 1.5 Hour trip to his shop). On that call, he indicated that he would put them in the mail to me that day so that I didn't have to make another trip there to meet him (a 3 hour round trip). The parts never arrived. I have called, texted and emailed him many times since with no response. When I call from another phone, periodically he will answer and pretend that he will mail them the next day or that they have already been mailed. Still no parts. I continue to try to reach him to finish this transaction, but Juan continues to avoid my calls. The parts have still not arrived and full payment has been made to him. He continues to ignore my calls and will not deliver the completed product or a refund.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of my $160 and my 4 speaker grills back.

Review: On May 29, 2014 we took 2 bumpers to be chrome to Philadelphia Chrome, they told us it would take 3 to five weeks and the cost for this service would be $1750.00, we gave them a check for $750.00 that day. After 5 weeks we started calling so we could pick up the bumpers, several times they would make an appointment for us to pick them up and when the time came they would make several different excuses why we couldn't go for them. There were times when we would be on the way there and they would call and say we could come then. We would call and call with no one answering the home. so would leave messages for them to call so we could go for them. On September 4, 2014 arrangements were made to meet them part way, and they would call when they were leaving Phiily and we could meet them. I have a text of where we could meet them, as always no call and when we tried calling them no answer. On September 17th, I sent a text to them stating I wanted my bumpers. We then received a text from them stating they had a death in the family and they were dealing with that could we give them a couple days. We texted back saying okay. On September we texted again asking when we could get the bumpers. No answer when we would call. This went on and on for several days. Made arrangements again to meet them and they were to call when they were leaving, again nothing from them. On September 26, 2014 at 11:17 am a text was sent stating that they had said they would call in the morning and meet us. At 4:23 pm. we sent another text was sent. We finally heard and someone stated they would be in South Carolina for a couple weeks to get things straightened out from the death in the family. On October 11, 2014 we got in touch with them and again made arrnangements for us to go to there place of business, [redacted] Philidelphia at 11:30am. on October 17, 2014. I tried calling to make sure on the 16th but no answer so sent another text at 2:29pm again asking if it was still on for us to go get the bumpers. At 2:51 am on the 17th we received a message to call before we left. We were eating breakfast around 7 am when we received a call asking if we could come in the afternoon around 3:30. We agreed. We arrived at their [redacted] asddress at 3:15 pm. When my husband and son went to the place they were told the bumpers had not been brought from the other place of business where they do the chroming and it would be about an hours for them to get to [redacted]. so we sat in out van and waited and waited. I called again and was told it would be a couple more hours as they were on their way to the [redacted] building where the bumpers were and then it would take a couple more hours for them to get to the [redacted] address. I put my husband on the phone and they told him they would deliver the bumpers to our home that evening as it would take then a few hours more to get to [redacted]. We left and arrived home at about 9pm. We called again at 10:38 pm, no answer so left message to let us know if they were coming. We waited up till 1:30 am and went to bed. At 9:30 am left another message. No call all day. On Sunday, Called and left message, also went on their wed page and contacted them stating if we did not get our bumpers by Monday I was going to get in touch with the Revdex.com and the Attorney General. We received a e-mail from them saying there was no needed to do that and we would have our bumpers on Monday. I e-mailed them back saying I would hold off till Monday before making any charges. On Monday at 2:34 pm I e-mailed them telling them I was tired of what ever game they were pulling. We then received a call telling us they would have the bumpers here Tuesday after trying to get them to deliver the bumpers on Monday as they had promised my husband told them we would give them till noon on Tuesday. They sent a text saying they would be at our home on Tuesday but not sure of the time as they had to open the shop at 10 am and would leave after that. I let them know it was their last chance. It is now Wednesday and still nothing, no one brought the bumpers and no calls from them. We believe we have given them every chance to make this right and been more than patience. We are praying that you can get them to make things right. The bumpers are for front and back of a 1966 [redacted] and are the orginial bumpers for the car. Thank you for anything you can do for us. [redacted].Desired Settlement: At this point we want our bumpers and the deposit we put down to cover the cost of all the time we started traveling down to Philadelphia and the time we sat at the [redacted] address on October 17, 2014. WE still have all the text on my phone and the e-mails. A copy of the receipt for the deposit. Praying you can help us.

Review: We shipped bumpers for a customer's 1973 [redacted] on March 26, 2014 to be repaired and chrome plated. Juan G[redacted] at Philadelphia Chrome called and asked for payment so he could ship the completed bumpers back to us. We sent the check on April 3, 2014, which cleared my bank on April 7, 2014. Repeated phone calls have resulted in multiple excuses including returned shipments, damaged shipments, work that needed to be repaired, shipments that were never made and refusal to answer or return my calls. They claimed the bumpers were finished again and were shipped on Thursday, July 31, 2014. The parts never arrived. I never got a tracking number. They have not returned my phone calls for a week.Desired Settlement: I would like to get the bumpers back immediately. If they are not finished to my satisfaction, I would like a full refund of my money.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I dropped off a part to get chromed, and I was given a quote of $200, and told it would be ready in a week after he got back from vacation. It has been over 3 weeks and I have not received the part. Every time I call the company nobody picks up, and when I call his cellphone he is always busy; off at an appointment is his favorite. I have already read one negative review on the Revdex.com, where someone is hiring an attorney to get their wheels back after 12 months. Each day I text him and he pushes it off to the next day, saying he will call be but never calls. AVOID this business at all costs, you will NEVER get your stuff back. Do NOT give them any money before the job is done!!!!!

Review: On May 12, 2014 I dropped off a set of [redacted] exhaust shields and one shifter bracket to owner to be rechromed. We met at an off business location site due to owners prior plans that day. During this time we had made an agreement for him to rechrome these parts at the price of $200.00, in which half of that was paid by check (#[redacted]) that day. This check was cashed. He had estimated that the completion time for this project to be approximately 2-3 weeks. On June 7, 2014 I contacted him regarding the status of my parts. He stated they were finished and ready for pickup. At this time we agreed that if I sent him an additional $35.00 he would ship the parts back to me. I agreed. On June 10, 2014 I mailed him a check (#[redacted]) for the remaining balance, plus shipping, in the amount of $135.00. This check was cashed.

Unfortunately, as of today’s date I have yet to see my merchandise. It has been approximately 4 ½ months since these parts were placed in his possession. There are 52 recorded and documented text messages, 16 documented phone conversations that range in time from 3 min to 16 min, 2 unanswered emails through his website, and 41 phone calls with no connection and/or response. Neither him nor his employees have yet to return any of my calls, emails, and/or text messages to let me know the status of my parts.Desired Settlement: To resolve this issue, I would appreciate a response to this letter letting me know the status of my parts. Upon responding to this letter please have any tracking numbers or other pertinent information available concerning this issue. Resolution will not be complete until I have my completed parts in hand!
