[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have attached the original receipt/estimate that shows that the motorcycle arrived at Philadelphia Cycle Center on December and that I requested the work on DecemberI also attached the stub of the insurance check I received that proves they were not waiting three weeks for me to receive funds, as it is dated DecemberI also attached the final receipt that displays the date I received my motorcycle, FebruaryThis was exactly ten weeks after the the estimate was issued and the work order was placedThe attached information shows that their opening statement is false; a testament to what I experienced throughout the duration of the time I worked with themThey stated that the motorcycle was there for an additional four days after the month they allegedly waited for me to receive funds and come in to their shopAside from the documentation proving otherwise, that accounts for one month and four daysThe other five weeks and three days have not been accounted for Pertaining to the rotor, I confirmed that I wanted the rotor powder coatedThe fact that it did not get communicated between employees is no fault of mineThe towing fees were waivedHowever, the weather permitted me to ride my motorcycle back to my home on February, the day [redacted] informed me that I could pick it upShortly after he called to notify me of the leaking sight glass and stated that I would no longer be able to pick it up In regard to the towing fee to the shop, I would much rather have paid the pifee and had my bike than wait weeks upon weeks and have nothing As I stated before, I do not feel that I should be forced to pay for the cost of laborIf [redacted] Sris satisfied with the work of his employees, then he should pay themI feel that I should not be forced to pay for unsatisfactory servicesTheir mission statement goes as follows, "Philadelphia Cycle Center's mission is to operate a profitable motorcycle dealership while providing our customers with the best possible service, whether it be in parts, sales, or serviceOur first concern is that our customers have a completely positive experience." Throughout the duration of this process I do not believe I received their best possible service, nor did I have a completely positive experience Regards, [redacted] ***
