Landed an hour ago from Germany. Easily 1000 people in front of us and more than a 1000 behind us in line. I am counting for this to take at least another hour. Hot, humid and kids crying. The most ridiculous thing I have ever seen. I travel a lot and have never ever seen this mess for passport check. Thank God I don't have a connecting flight since I would definitely miss it.
