It’s discouraging to have a customer be dissatisfied! I have really had to take my time and thoroughly go through my receipts and cost to find a way to offer e refund of any kindI want to offer something but HONESTLY (since my integrity was challenged as if I stole the money provided and used on
my own affairs) I have to protect my name and reputation*** *** stated to me that I should have learned something from this project and I didfrom the beginning of this project I had a fondness for both the husband and the wifeI only wanted to make the job a success for them and their familyOnce the request being made were outside of the scope of work being provided true business would have been to stop reevaluate and add cost to the work being performedHad I not engaged in attempting to work around the adjustments and request for the better of their homeI personally worked a minimum of hours including weekends (Saturday and Sunday) to accommodate everything I could to make the best of the mistakes made, unforeseen issues that had to be recalculated to make work to the best of my abilityExhausted and fearful, I found the best solutions and provided my own money ( out of my pocket to correct and was nearly complete, working many times alone to save money from what’s already an exhausted budget, just not willing to quitOurs budgets changed according to what the customer said was available financiallyI also learned to pay attention to what people say, always bonding in a since to make the changes and FAVORS needed as is SHE was concerned about my comfortI hire more workers trying to expedite things and even made exceptions on getting things done subcontractors wanted to charge what I was told could not be afforded from their claim which I never asked but was obviously enough to buy new appliances and overpriced materials that cost more to install than was agreedUltimately my bills and responsibilities took a back seat to finishing their project! I wish I had not decided to allow the changes add the electric all the things that I did which caused the complications that it did but they benefit never the lessI only want the best for the customer and her family but I put my business and family at risk attempting to protect theirsI also have an year old daughter who I don’t have anything to show for except some picturesI did my best for them to win it took longer because it changedI sold the property mentioned in July, those affairs had nothing to do with my business moving and administration changing which I openly was discussing with the customer because I considered a friendNo misleading or Inappropriate uses can be claimed I have ALL my receipts and Documentation
