Philadelphia Timeshare Sales

Review: On January 15, 2014 we were contacted by [redacted] via email telling us that Philadelphia Timeshare Sales had a buyer for our Timeshare in [redacted], if it was still for sale. We then sent [redacted] a detailed message letting him know that we really wanted to get rid of this Timeshare because we had been lied to when we purchased the Timeshare. We were contacted by [redacted], the Receptionist, and then by [redacted] by phone with an offer from the buyer, [redacted] and a closing date of January 29, 2014. [redacted] sent us the contract by an attachment in an email that was witnessed by [redacted]. We were so glad because we thought that we finally had sold this Timeshare and was getting our money back. We were instructed to send money for the fee for the City and County Transfer taxes and Title search. We were instructed to send the money via [redacted], because [redacted] explained that ths is the way that they did it to protect themselves and their client, because they could be charged with a Federal Fraud Crime if they used the [redacted] in an unlawful way. Since we, like most people don't want to give any credit card or banking information over the phone this seemed like it was a good way to do it, especially since we had accepted the offer by [redacted] and we had the contract and the names and phone numbers of the people at Philadelphia Timeshare Sales which, we were told was in business for 71/2 years. We had also contacted the Revdex.com and Attorney General's Office in FL, PA and VT to see if there were any complaints against the company, which there were none. We thought we did all that we could do to check up on the company to make sure it was a legitimate company. Since their Main Office is in FL we were instructed to send the [redacted] wire to [redacted] in [redacted] FL. We also asked for the address for the Office in FL, which [redacted] said is Philadelphia Timeshare Sales, [redacted], FL. We were also told to send any information that we had about the other companies that we signed up with to sell our Timeshare over the years and they would get out money back for us. He said that this was a bonus for us. We did all that we thought we could do to protect ourselves from crooks. What else can we do? We contacted [redacted] several days later to get an update. He said that everything was going great that the Title search had come back fine and that they were just making sure that everything was all set for the closing on the 29th. When the closing papers didnt come on the 29th we contacted [redacted] again, but I was told by [redacted] that [redacted] would be in the Office again the next day from 1 PM to 8 PM. I told her that we thought that this was a big SCAM, but she assured me that it wasnt and that Philadelphia Timeshares Sales had been in business for 8 years and that she had been working for them for 4 months. I tried calling [redacted] the next day, all day, from 1 PM until 8 PM, but I only got the answering machine. On Monday February 3, 2014 we received back the mail that we had sent to them with an address not known and unable to forward label on it. This was when we finally got the message that this indeed was a BIG SCAM.Desired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: Other (requires explanation)

We would like to see these CROOKS go to jail so they will never be able to do this to anyone else ever again. We would also like to get our money back, but we're pretty sure that will never happen. It just seems to me that the law is always behind the Crooks to make sure that their rights are protected; I just wish that the law would stand with the innocent victims to make sure their rights are protected as well and put the crooks in jail where
