Review: On Monday 7/15/14 I went for an eye exam. The DR perscribed a 3 part perccription for my lenses which consist of far sight near sight and bifocal. So I picked out my glasses frame at the cost of $80. They told me I had to place a $40 deposit before I receive my glasses and when I pick them up I can pay the balance which was $40. On Tuesday 7/22/14 I went to pick up my glasses. I tried them on and at the time they seemed okay. So I left with the glasses on. As I was going home I noticed that something was wrong but I just figured They needed To adjust to my eyes. So I wore them for 1 and a half days and realized they were not adjusting properly. So on the morning of 7/24/14 I called and explained my situation to the employee. She told me to bring them in to see what the problem is. I went in with the glasses the same day. After seeing that there was not enough room for the bifocal, causing the alignment to be off, they told me to pick a bigger frame. After looking in the section they told me to choose from, I noticed all the frames were about the same size, which meant I would still have the same issue with the lenses. So I nicely asked If I could just get a refund so that I can go elsewhere to get the proper glasses and they told me in order to get a refund I have to call the owner. Also that I would only get half back. After 3 occasions of calling and going back and forth to meet this manager who was never there, they still refused to give me my refund and I am still without my glasses which I need. At this point I am developing severe headaches because I don't have my glasses. Each time I went back they showed worse customer service and were more rude to me in front of other customers. The whole time I held my composure. On the third try which is today 7/28/14 I was told "You're not getting any of your money back". I decided to seek help from The Revdex.com. I would really appreciate your help in this matter. All I need is my whole refund so I can go purchase some new glasses. Thank You!Desired Settlement: I would like to get my whole refund so I can purchase some new glasses.
