First of all, the company provides an invalid customer service email address at http://www.philidorrxservices.com/ of [email protected]. It has been this way for months. What would be the purpose of a business posting an invalid address? It honestly seems suspect. Also, the website offers very little information.
I contacted Philidor via phone in May 2015 to indicate that the shipment that they had sent me was for medication and not a topical treatment gel (for acne) that I had asked for. I tried them via email and it showed as an invalid address. I called a Philidor agent via phone at 855-744-5791 and the agent indicated that if I would return the wrong prescription, they would refund my money. I asked for a receipt, but never received an email or call. I shipped/returned the prescription via UPS and it was delivered Thursday, 03/19/2015 at 9:42 Signed by: HAGAN in Hatboro, PA.A.M. I contacted Philidor by email again, thinking that the site must be updated with the correct address, and (as I indicated above) the email address was still invalid. I called to inquire and was put on hold for 10+ minutes and so I hung up.
The correct prescription Clindagel 1% gel arrived 3/12/15 and I was charged $35.00 (according to the invoice).
This experience has been a bad one and it has been on my to-do list for some time to readdress it. I finally have a day off of work today due to illness and my young daughter is at a neighbor's home and so I tried again. I just called and gave the agent my name and DOB. Before I even explained my situation, he put me on hold for 10 minutes. He returned and said he had talked with his supervisor and that I had never been charged for the initial prescription and so there was no refund for the return. I now have to contact my HSA bank and verify if this is true.
I write this because it has been a very negative experience corresponding with Philidor RX. Providing a site with poor or little information, exhibiting poor customer service, and providing an email address that is invalid, are not good business practices. I hope the company addresses these concerns for other customers. I am calling my dermatologist and will share my experience with him. I do not recommend Philidor RX to others.
I will also call my HSA Bank. If they have taken payment for the returned item, I will be contacting them and Revdex.com again, more furious than I am now.

I received a free trial prescription from my Dr and called Philidor Rx to have it filled. I provided all of the information requested, including shipping, insurance, and the free trial data. Once I obtain my free trial, I will transfer the prescription to a reliable pharmacy. I did not and now will not provide them my credit card information as they seem less than reliable and provide zero assurance of protecting my data.

I would like to thank Philidor RX Services, LLC for it prompt courteous service. My Dermatologist called in a prescription for me and gave me a little printout with instructions in calling to give billing information to Philidor RX Services, LLC. I did this on a Wed. and by Friday UPS had my prescription in my hands.
I read the negative review and I believe some people just cannot be satisfied, no matter what.
I am extremely happy with the service provided and wish you would give this company a better ratting.

My dermatologist RX 2 products for my son. I called Philidor and spent less than 10 minutes on the phone. Both products shipped to my doorstep in 2 days with free shipping. The cost helped my family tremendously.

Review: I received a [redacted] notification that I should expect a package from Philador to be delivered on 11/5/14. I called Philador and spoke to Pam, asking her why was I receiving a package, I had not called in a refill and was not on their autofill service. She had no idea why, but to accuse me of calling it in, although I did not need the refill. She took my number and said she would call me back she was going to speak to supervisor. Pam only called back to get my email address, not to provied an explanation as to why they sent the package or how they were able to bill my credit card although she repeated their system COULD NOT store credit card information. When I asked her what happened, Pam's reply was "she was not going to argue with me." I simply want to know how this refill was filled and billed if I did not call it in. I will also get another RX from my doctor and not use this service ever again. The customer service provided was less than pleasant and this was all my problem not theirs. I'm still waiting on the return label Pam was emailing me to send the package back and to get a refund. Pam accused me or someone in my home - although I live alone- of calling in this refill using my credit card information. This is impossible. As I look through my call log the last time I called Philador was on Oct 10, 2014. I did not call this in on Oct 23, 2014 as Pam accused me of doing.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back and ANY and ALL credit card information they have for me deleted from their records. I will not use this service again and will caution my doctors office not to provide this service to any other patient.

My experience ordering a prescription was excellent, starting when I phoned and talked with a competent and helpful representative. I received the prescription within two days. The cost was less than the chain pharmacy in my neighborhood that I usually use. My prescription drug insurance provider was billed and covered the medication, and I was not billed. I would recommend this online pharmacy based on my experience.

Review: Hello. My child had an appointment with a local dermatologist. While we were there we were referred to Philidor RX Services for filling two acne prescriptions. The dermatologist assured me that I would be charged only $25 and nothing more from our health insurance company. She also gave us a coupon to use for one of the prescriptions that would make it free. I called Philidor and gave them all of the information that was provided to me by the dermatologist. Philidor charged me $220 from my FSA account ($110 for each prescription). I contacted Philidor and spoke with a man who said his name was Mickey. Mickey told me that I needed to submit a statement from my insurance company showing that $220 was withdrawn from my FSA account. I did as requested and have sent the information via email to Philidor, Attn: Mickey, twice. I have received no response and no refund.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for $220 as promised by Mickey at Philidor.
