Review: Toilet bowl cracked resulting in a slow leak that eventually came thru the ceiling below. Toilet replaced 6/4/2013. In September noticed the toilet isn't tight; with minimal touch it moves. The toilet is in a bathroom that isn't used often and when a family member was visiting, the issue was noticed. Numerous attempts have been made to contact Mr Malozi; this includes messages that have been left as well as actual contact. Several times now he has said he will stop by and each time he doesn't show up or call. This needs to be checked out to determine whether it's a minor problem like tightening or something more involved like maybe having replaced the toilet while ignoring a weak floor that may have resulted from the slow leak.Desired Settlement: Show up to determine what the problem is and fix it. One would think a professional takes pride in the work he does and if there is a problem with that repair, most reputable professionals stand behind their work and will show up to address complaints. If a person is too busy with other emergencies, it makes me wonder how good of a job is being done on those "emergencies."

Review: Phil provided the plumbing work on a remodel of our home. One of the projects was a a gut and remodel of a 2nd floor bathroom. After installing the fixtures in the bath, we had a leak that flooded the dining room ceiling (newly remodeled, drywall, etc). Phil came back, ripped open the ceiling and made several attempts to repair over the following 2 weeks. In the end, I was forced to have another repairman come, review and fix the problem (the cap on the clean-out for the trap was not tight). Because we had a holiday party planned at our home and I did not want the hole in my dining room ceiling, I then had the hole patched at a very reasonable cost. Phil refused to contribute in any way to the additional costs incurred stating that I did not provide him the opportunity to complete the work. I argue that 5 weeks to install a tub, toilet, shower and vanity was more than adequate.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed the $200 in repairs resulting from Phil's work. Additionally, it would nice to remove the debris from tearing my ceiling open (as promised).
