I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
As you will note, the disclaimer on the site specifically indicated minimal guest impact and was not present when my reservation was made on the online application as noted when discussed with the manager. However, minimal guest impact would not be unavailability of all listed amenities as Internet was admitted to be down and fitness center closed on the response. The hotel has also admitted in various other responses that misinformation was granted to me at time of check in indicating the fitness center was open. The pool did have a closed sign on it as well and was directly across from the fitness center. If misinformation was not given to me at time of checking in, I would have gone back to the Courtyard at [redacted] and stayed there. I continue to request a refund of my stay in point value credited to my Marriott Rewards account by the hotel of 20,000 points for providing gross misinformation regarding amenity availability both on their website and in person which made me choose to stay at their hotel rather than pick another one if I was properly informed upon check in of the current situation. Dear Revdex.com,I am writing you in response to complaint ID [redacted].We are currently under renovation at our hotel. We anticipate our renovation to be complete by May 15th, 2017. We have renovation information posted on our Marriott.com website, as you can see below,  stating that...

the renovation will be from January 29- May 15th.  On the date the complainant stayed with us, our fitness center was under renovation. We were able to get it back open around 7:00pm the same day they checked in. Our pool was open from 6am-11pm that day also, as we had already completed our pool renovation a few weeks ago. We were having internet issues with our front office system when the guest checked in but the internet outage did not impact the guest internet as our guest internet is on a separate circuit. I have reached out to the guest personally because they have not contacted the hotel directly. [redacted]Dual General ManagerCourtyard by Marriott [redacted]
