I have used Phillips many times in the past on many different cars/vans/trucks and was happy with the service I received I took my car to them because it had problems cranking and finally had to be towed to Phillips We left the car for weeks without a call from them and my husband called They said the car was fixed We paid and left The next morning the car was once again hard to start and finally got it going We used it for a week struggling with it to crank We took it back and they kept it another days and WE called them back They said it was some fuse and they had to replace the starter--which we had burnt up trying to get it going after the first 350.00--this second visit was another We took it home again and the next day it didn't want to start but did and then missed while driving, acted like it was going to die We took it back again and they kept the car over 3-weeks We are now picking the car up -- no money back -- I have made car payments and paid to Phillips -- and the car is still where it was weeks ago I am so upset beyond words and can not believe the way they have treated us The person we dealt with was ***,the son of the owner, so there is nothing we can do but let many many people know and they will lose ALOT of business
