The experience that I had with the Sales Manager Phil *** was horribleHis primary sales pitch was pressure, pressure, pressureThen finally when the sale could not be completed he dismissed my buying power as a customerI felt like he was condescending because I was an an African American female I would never step foot in that place ever again

Good Afternoon [redacted]                    I’m contacting you regarding Ca[redacted] and her 2014 Chevrolet Sonic [redacted]. The customer originally brought her Sonic in for an oil change and...

recall in October 7TH of 2016 at 35,675 mi. The technician performed all services and left some residual oil on the exhaust system causing there to be some smoke from under the hood but never caused an overheating concern. When Mrs. [redacted] called that day to inform us of the issue we sent a driver to her house to pick up her vehicle immediately for inspection and a complete detail cleaning.  She returned on October 14th 2016 stating there was still some oil smell present and it was cleaned once again. On December 31st 2016 at 40,472 miles Mrs. [redacted] returned stating that her Sonic was running hot. We diagnosed the issue for her at no charge being that her Bumper to bumper warranty expired at 36,000 miles. She was instructed at that time she needed to replace the cooling fans but she declined the repairs even at a discounted rate.  Mrs. [redacted] returned on February 10th 2017 for an oil change and tire rotation and did not mention any issues of her Sonic running hot. Once Mrs. [redacted] started this claim in July of 2017 I reached out to here regarding the situation to see what I could do to help. I was able to get her almost $1,100.00 worth of repairs performed  on the cooling fan system for an out of pocket cost of $200.00 with the help of the assistance I applied for with Chevrolet. Those repairs were completed on July 12th 2017 at 51,175 mi. and to my knowledge there are no current issues with her Sonic. The residual oil from her repair which caused the smoke on 10/7/16 did not cause any issues with her cooling system and was simply a component failure. I truly feel this Revdex.com claim has no justification as we here at Phillips Chevrolet went above and beyond to help a customer that was well outside her warranty. I have pulled an Auto Check on the vehicle you purchased and it shows no prior accidents and has a clean title. I also did see that the title to your car has never been branded in anyway as a total loss. There...

may of been an issue or mistake with [redacted]. I have put in a request to [redacted] to investigate. Also, you paid $13812.73 for yor Malibu with a grand total of 17070.94 with Tax Title and plates and Extended service plan. Not $28000.
