As for the that was supposedly taken out of the accountIt was done by the card processing companyIt never hit our bank accounts and furthermore, the statement that was provided did not have that particular locations informationThis could have been anyone that taken off the remainder of that funds on that cardThis is the reason why we have to prepay inside the store because many customers would try fraudulent cards at the pump and we have now stopped thatOnce the pin is entered or an id is checked and confirmed with the card, the transaction is 100% legitimateIf there is a refund or an error the processing company returns the funds to the card within hours during business daysAs for this situation the funds did not hit our accountThe money was not taken off the receipt provided says the transaction was denied on 6/3/and the statement provided says 6/4/This is enough for us to close this situationThere was no money taken off the card by this location

To whom it may concern:I have NEVER  spoking with anyone one the phone about this situation. I have already giving a copy of my bank statement alone with a copy of the Puchase receipt to the young man who caused this problem at your store location. The owners son told me to leave this information with him because he would check with his bank and get back to me. I have not heard from anyone since. I have gone there several times and still no one has responded.I am also fully aware that this would not have happened if there were enough funds on my card. This also could have been corrected by now if they would have paid attention to the papers that I submitted to them. I would like my refund mailed to me and I am more then happy to submit a copy of my statement and receipt. I will  fax it to Revdex.com today attention Stacey. I was advised of your telephone
call several weeks ago relative to your issue with your bank/card providerAs
I advised you in our most recent telephone conversation, all transactions at
all of our locations require the approval of the full amount requested by the
customerThe transaction is reversed and the money is sent back to the cardholder
usually within business hours if there is an issue with the customer's
balance on his/her bankcard
As I also stated in our recent
telephone conversation, we need a copy of the receipt and your bank statement
to use to compare with our records, We will issue a refund to you if there is a
discrepancy with the refund issued by your bank
Unfortunately, we have experienced numerous fraudulent
refund requests at our locationsThat is why we need these items to issue you
a refund (if merited)
I have reviewed the transaction,
and it my opinion that our electronic payment processing company should have
been refunded you the fundsHowever, this problem would not have occurred if
there had been enough funds on your card when you requested the $gasoline
purchase
Please provide us with a copy of
the card statement for that week, and a copy of the receipt provided to you by
the clerk, and we will promptly investigate this issue furtherYou can email

resolution of this issueAlternatively, you can e-mail us at the identified
