On January 28, I called this hotel to make a reservation for a 02/09/one-night stay This company did not tell me they would immediately swipe my credit card of $until I saw it on my billing one week later Also, I called on 02/07/to cancel my reservation because I was so sick with strep throat I called repeatedly day after day after day and sent emails as well to no avail I finally caught someone on the phone on 02/09/and the man said he was able to credit my money back to my credit card because he was able to re-book my same room I had reserved To date, no monies have been put back to my credit card I will be filing a complain at Small Claims Court this week This is a terrible way to do business No where on the website does it say they will swipe my card immediately or that you have two weeks to cancel your reservation It's just all very sneaky and they give you no heads up on how their office works They never return your phone calls or emails If y
